Got my dog prescription filled. A phone call was not successful to ask a question. The man on other end was rude. BUT in person they were helpful and my prescription was filled using good Rx. I will use them again.

Lady was rude to me on the phone when inquiring if prescription was ready, and was rude to my husband when he picked up my prescription. Thinking of choosing the 2A location for future prescriptions if this is how I'm treated.

Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. The pharmacist is extremely rude. 90% of the time i call I get half of a sentence out and am them told how short staffed they are, and someone has always called out. I am usually told (in an extremely rude tone) it will be at least 8hrs to days before a prescription can be filled. I also have had more than 4 occasions in which i ask a question and i am sarcastically told a short answer and ended with a "thank you" and hung up on. I dont know if this guys just hates his job, but it is a constant experience, not a one time thing.

I would just like to let you know that me and my wife shop at this location every week and love the store and staff! However I needed to ask the pharmacist a question and he was standing at drive through window helping another customer, I waited patiently at the counter until he got finished with them and the pulled away, i the said excuse me I have a question, he then turned around a throwing his hand up at me while I was speaking and in a loud voice said STOP! I will help you in a minute! Before I could say anything else he turned around and stared out the window. I stood there in shock for about 1 minutes and as I walked away I saw a car pull up to the window. So the gentleman that was in the pharmacy about 9am on 6-3 was the most rude and hateful person I’ve ever seen in that store. My issue was no concern to him and he made sure I new that!!

The store was busy , I used the self checkout. I asked the young lady who was stationed at the self checkout if she would please get me an empty cart there was one 5 feet away. It was too much trouble. That is not good customer service. I was her only customer , I would not have been out of her sight. She had rather talk about breaks with her coworkers.

The manager Carl needs to be fired. He has the worst customer service I have ever experienced on top of the fact that he openly treats his workers like dirt. I witnessed so many red flags from him during my time shopping today that I can confidently say I will be taking my business to Walmart moving forward. Zero stars to him.

Their manager up front is rude I understand they have to follow their policies but they don’t have to be mean or hateful to anyone I recommend going somewhere else to buy what you need

Maybe this Ft Oglethorpe location is really new, but I'm surprised no one has reviewed such a beautiful grocery store. We stopped into Food City on a Saturday around noon to pick up a couple of small pre-made food platters for a party & found ourselves overwhelmed by the choices. The deli here is quite large. In addition to the usual suspects of meats, cheeses & hot foods, a huge salad bar is available with a variety of items. The bakery is adjacent, and near the giant produce department. After selecting egg salad croissant sandwiches and macaroni salad, we picked out a fresh bunch of bananas to take back to our hotel room. Then my mom wandered off for some other things she thought we needed, and I browsed the long wine aisle. Unfortunately, I hadn't brought an opener so my wine options were limited to bottles with a screw-top. I was delighted find both an end-cap and separate section in the aisle devoted to Georgia wines, however, I was disappointed to find none with a screw-off lid. But a helpful employee offered some suggestionsl. Prices were quite reasonable, and I noticed a few brands were cheaper here than at Walmart. The wine I chose was $1 off with a Food City loyalty card, and I was pleased when our cashier scanned a card from another register for us. We saved about $5 off of our $42 total. Plus our cashier was super friendly.
