I went with my little brother, who had his own money to buy the new pokemon set. We was the 2nd and 3rd in line, there was alot of product, which stressed my brother out. When it was time to go into the store, the associate named Brian. Stopped me from going into the store with my little brother, who I knew would need help. From my point of view Brian basically dragged my brother into the store. As soon as my brother went into the store and to the desk, I immediately got a text asking for help. The guy was super rude to my little 14 year old brother. He was trying to get the ETB, blister, and 5 packs. But Brian was rushing him and stressing him out, a kid who is still learning things! I couldn't help him cause I wasn't allowed into the store at the time! After my brother came out he took me into the store and was the rudest worker iv ever seen, idk his problem, but if he's always this rude and mad then, he shouldn't work retail. My brother was happy for the release up until this point the whole ride home he was upset. I don't see how people can be this rude, especially to a kid.

I am new to the area and I have been in this store location 3 or 4 times and every time I have gone I have had the rudest interactions with the staff. I am always kind to people doing their job and never complain, but this past visit the associate male with the long brown hair was so condescending and rude I was so uncomfortable that I was only there for a couple of minutes. Even though this is the closest location to where I live I will never come back after giving this place several chances. Your staff should be given a course on professionalism.

Derek at the Fort Oglethorpe location is wonderful. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely made a frustrating situation a more positive experience.

Bought a playstation gift card but when I scratched off the code on the back, the entire paper ripped. The instructions on the back said to call the store I purchased it from and ask for help but when I did, they outright said they don't know what to do and wished me luck. How does a gamestop not know what to do with this issue?

It is one of the smaller GameStop's I've been to but they have a nice selection of things. The staff has always been pleasant to me. I will definitely return!

Im not one to go to any store before closing as I’m aware nobody (even myself) is a fan of any customers coming in several mins til closing. It’s just the fact I called them 15 mins til and asked if we could trade in an old generation console for a new one. The only person working told me they close in 15 mins. I hop in my car and arrive at the store 3 mins til to see that they have closed. It’s pure laziness and no where near customer service standing against what I was told on the phone prior to coming. I waited for this person to come out after locking up to ask what that was about. All they could come up with is that they can close the doors 3-5 mins til so they can lock up stuff in the back. I completely understand locking the doors to close up stuff in the back having nobody to watch over the floor. The fact is I was told I had 15 mins, made it there before the 15 mins was up, and the customer service just wasn’t there.

Got "lied" to about a "15$" credit promo they was doing for renewing your pro membership don't get me wrong the girl was just doing what she was told but the Manger shouldn't be telling her employees to lie about a "15$ " credit you'll get on your account in points when it's only "5,000" points which is about 5$ and they can't even tell you when you'll receive then to your account. ? ? ? the sales manager needs to be retrained and stop liying to push memberships other than that most of them aren't really helpful and somewhat of smartasses asked a simple question about what they had instock got told "that's an easy Google search " like thought the guy worked there was knowledgeable on the products and services they sold apparently to lazy to help .
