Got "lied" to about a "15$" credit promo they was doing for renewing your pro membership don't get me wrong the girl was just doing what she was told but the Manger shouldn't be telling her employees to lie about a "15$ " credit you'll get on your account in points when it's only "5,000" points which is about 5$ and they can't even tell you when you'll receive then to your account. ? ? ? the sales manager needs to be retrained and stop liying to push memberships other than that most of them aren't really helpful and somewhat of smartasses asked a simple question about what they had instock got told "that's an easy Google search " like thought the guy worked there was knowledgeable on the products and services they sold apparently to lazy to help .

What is normally a phenomenal customer service experience was a real disappointment on 12/26. I believe her name was Madison, argued with me in front of a line full of people over a return for an item that had not been opened with the receipt from 10 days prior. I didn't deserve that nor do I normally receive that from GameStop employees. This was a very sad experience.

Went into the store on 12/9/2023 around 1:05pm. They only had one cashier working and during my time in the store she was very rude to several customers. She stated several times they were temporarily closed although the open sign was on and the doors were unlocked. She then looked at me and rudely asked if she could help me. I mentioned we were just looking and she stated we could just leave. I asked for corporates number and she refused to provide it to me. My family and myself won't be back. We will just purchase online moving forward or through another chain.

Nice staff but very incompetent the girls nails was so long she couldnt hardly do nothing and the guy told us that tyis charging station would work for my husbands controlers i even asked would it work for the elite controllers and he said the only difference was the paddles wont be back
