Always get my tired here. They’ll find the best price. They’ve patched a tire that a dealership told me wasn’t patchable in the past. Promoted a local coffee shop while I waited. The tech was so enjoyable! Just a great experience.

Patched my tire in under 20 minutes and didn’t charge anything. Went out of their way to help and were super friendly and did a great job!

Needed to make an emergency stop for a tire losing air while traveling on I-75 in northern GA. Went to one of the big chain tire places and they told me it would be 4-5 hours before they could put on a new tire (of course it wouldn’t match the other.3). Left there and figured I’d try the Goodyear store in Ft Ogolthorpe. Best move ever. They found a piece of metal in the tire and fixed it. Done in an hour and back on the road. Great work, fabulous service, nice people and cheap! Best place ever,

I do not recommend this place. The mechanic told me that my car was not drivable and that I should get a new car.This in fact is not true.Maybe they should stick to what the code reader says instead of their own opinion.They then tried to over charge me with a fee of $150 but in fact it was only $125.I don't trust them with my car nor their opinionThey were very unprofessional and laughing and making jokes. I couldn't even take them serious

I needed an alignment on my car badly. Stopped in figuring it might take all day because weekends are so busy so I went to eat lunch and maybe do a little shopping. Barely had gotten through with lunch when I got a call it was ready. Kudos to the crew for getting to me quickly. Normal time would have been 2 to 3 hours anywhere else. Price was very reasonable too! Outstanding! Now my car tracks nice and straight!

DO NOT GO TO GOOD YEAR IN FORT O PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!! Me and my bf were driving down the road today around 11:30am, when we were driving over the bridge and as someone goes to pull out in front of me last minute we had to slam on the breaks, as we slammed on the breaks out breaks went out and we swerved almost swerving off the bridge and both loseing our lives. We just got our breaks fixed for almost 4 hours yesterday between 12:00-12:30pm all the way till 2:30-3:30pm. We were charged $100 extra between the fluid and labor WHICH WAS THE WRONG FLUID. On my break fluid cap it says “ONLY USE DOT 3“ we were charged for DOT 4. Now when we brought this to their attention we got the response “sure thing we will double check tomorrow”. No I’m sorry or an apology for  JEOPARDIZING OUR LIVES. This is down right SO unprofessional and DANGEROUS. we don’t have this kind of money to just throw around. Please please don’t make the same mistake we did by being so foolish to take our car to this god aweful place.
