I just wanted a trim. The stylist didn't even wet my hair with a spray bottle. She snipped the back which is uneven said she was going to freshen up my layers, but they are not blended in. My hair looks like it was cut by Edward Scissor hands. And on top of that she charged me full price ! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. If I could rate a 0 I would

Asked for a fade And a lady with no neck and to short to even see the top of my head gave me one length undercut ... didn't even bother blending ... must have got on the job training from Ray Charles...

I’ve been going to GC about every 3 months for a few years now. Most of the time they cut my hair decent but in the few years I have been going, my hair has never been cut the same way twice and I ask for it the same way every time. This is the only reason I dislike GC. The past 2 or 3 times I’ve been, the women who have cut my hair haven’t done the best job. I think GC should make sure their people can actually cut hair before hiring them.i definitely don’t feel that these haircuts are worth $20 plus a tip anymore. I guess this is why a lot of people go to the same place and have the same person cut their hair each time.

Location was very busy with back-to-school cuts, but the wait was short and the staff was pleasant. After an unfortunate cut at another salon, we came to try to salvage our 14 year old’s hair.
Leasa was incredible, both in her cutting but also her ability to get a shy boy to confidently interact and tell her what he wanted. She knocked it out of the park!
Thank you, Leasa, for a great haircut and so much more!

I always go to the Boynton Crossing location. Laci is a fantastic stylist. I always get compliments after she styles my hair. The entire staff is always friendly and greets me when I come into the shop.

First time there was today and I want to let all you complainers know that the place was packed and I still got in within 15 minutes. I was totally satisfied with Alleyssa she had a fantastic attitude and done a fantastic job. She was the bomb. I will be coming back every time and I appreciate the job she done and how sweet and respectful she was. Thanks you were awesome.

In the past I have had a decent experience here but this time was an absolute joke. I checked in online, the employees acknowledged my arrival and punched my name in their system. Then despite my name being on the top of the list for around an hour I watched as the employees took everyone back but me without even glancing at me. I finally just left to get my hair cut elsewhere. Can’t say I recommend this place unless you enjoy sitting in waiting rooms for an extended period of time…

Honestly I normally have a good experience here but the last time I went was horrible. I go in just to even up the front of my hair ( just a bang trim and a little of the hair around my face did not ask to have any length cut off told her not to touch it at all) .. This lady cut my hair dry, cuts a part of my bangs then leaves it and goes to the framing of my face. She then proceeded to get out a flat iron and straight only the front of my hair without asking me before finishing my bangs. Then told me I would not have to pay for it. After using the flatiron she cuts my hair again without considering I have wavy thick hair that has some curl.. As soon as I took a shower my hair was more uneven then before my bangs were a slope when they were supposed to be straight across. I have learned my lesson to never go to great clips ever again. I however think it was just this stylist. Not to mention this cost me over 20 even though it was just a bang trim which on the their website should of cost $8. I'm really disappointed.
