I Called 4 times. Three times no one picked up. On the 4th the lady said that they were too busy to take my call. Because of a disability I wanted to order online and have it delivered. Its always been a challenge to find anyone to help at this store. As a former employee I guess all of those Rah Rah Customer Service Rah Rah speeches were BS.

I love Home Depot. Everything is easy to find and the employees are super helpful. I would like if they had curbside before 9am. Most of us want to be on the job working long before 9. Either way, Home Depot is my go to for all my building needs!

Stood in line for 15-20 minutes at the tool rental while they help people in front of me and tried to help somebody standing behind me before I said something and they told me they wasn't talking to me because I was on the phone even though I was on the phone so the person could tell me what they wanted me to rent

Send 99% to Starbucks this is a hardware store. Did you look at the app? I didn’t come here to look at the app. You have to many managers not managing. That’s a sore spot I know. Next time I’m in and I hear rainbow hair say well you can always google it. I’m filling a complaint.
