Stood in line for 15-20 minutes at the tool rental while they help people in front of me and tried to help somebody standing behind me before I said something and they told me they wasn't talking to me because I was on the phone even though I was on the phone so the person could tell me what they wanted me to rent

Send 99% to Starbucks this is a hardware store. Did you look at the app? I didn’t come here to look at the app. You have to many managers not managing. That’s a sore spot I know. Next time I’m in and I hear rainbow hair say well you can always google it. I’m filling a complaint.

The rental department was extremely rude upon return of the equipment. The trailer was muddy at the time of rental, and it was given to me with half a tank. I pressure washed the machine and filled the tank to full. Upon return the employee commented “so, did you not have time to give it a rinse?” And continued to make other comments about the trailer being dirty. Which is not my problem that they’re renting dirt equipment to begin with. After the employee took an unreasonable amount of time to check in the rental, I was informed that I was charged for 38 minutes over the rental period. I expressed that I had brought the rental back at the time it should’ve been returned and they disagreed. The time printed on the receipt as the return time, was the time they closed the transaction, not the actual time it was returned. After feeling screwed over about the timeframe, I asked if there was a discount for returning the tank full of gas and they laughed. I asked for a manager and the manager took the employees side, and preceded to tell me that I had been properly charged even after I showed him proof of the time of my arrival. The gas and the extra charge isn’t the end of the world, but I feel like I went above and beyond and the staff at this location have lied, been rude, and even unfair.

Extremely rude employee called to verify if they had a hard to find part in stock before I drove all the way there (online it said they only had 1 and only 1 other store in the area had one at a higher price) when I asked if they had it the employee immediately snapped off "we don't carry those go order one online" drove to the store and it took less than 5 minutes for me to find the item in stock myself
