Very disappointed business owner right here. This is the first public negative review I have ever had to do. I'm a single father of a 21mo little boy. My child has some health issues, they kept giving him milk when told not to, picked him up several occasions food on cloths, hair and face...refuse to accept him with Dr. note after visit because "he would be late", my father had heart attack and in CCU, we were 12 mins late, refused him again, after watching another parent bring in two of her children right as we were walking in. Day care is supposed to relieve stress from parents, not add to it. The blonde woman up front had a constant condescending attitude, and consistently spoke with an arrogance as she was my boss, and I was working for her. This displays nothing of the "Christ like" attitude it portrays. Compassion, grace and mercy are key components of the Christian faith, and understanding my sons conditions (haveing a solitary kidney with multiple issues), it very important, and several times staff said "I keep forgetting about that" as is his health was just a lax issue. After not having sleep by making sure his grandfather is doing well after bypass surgery, and still having to work, and take care of four children on your own (my baby being the only one in this facility) and being 12 mins late, and refusing to care for my child, I chose this was not the "Christ like" care I wanted for my son, cause if they would be this way knowing family issues and struggles, then how are they when I am not around to my son. Very disappointed, as previously I heard good things, but experienced the complete opposite. So by refusing to watch my child after I have already paid, to go to work and run my business so I can supply for my little family's needs, I had my money refunded, and have found another christian day care, that is showed much more attention to my son and concern for his needs, much more so than I experienced here at this daycare. Nice facility, but the woman up front, ruins what could be a great opportunity to serve with the love of Christ, to many little children. I would strongly suggest looking for other options before choosing here, until they make some staff changes, and stick with the Christian principles, of mercy, grace, and compassion. To serve is to be like Christ...especially if your paying for it.
