I have been coming here for years, never complained. The past time I came I loved my nails, but I didn’t like the chrome on a few of my nails. They were very lumpy! I asked to come have the color changed, ended up not going back in to get them fixed and settled for them because I did love them other then the lumps all over them..
I didn’t want to hurt feelings because of not liking the color. Have always talked very highly of this place.
Called to come in and get my nails done & I’m assuming since I didn’t like the color once, i was told they didn’t think I could be pleased. Very unprofessional. I pay very good money to get my nails done and tip very well. I will never refer anyone to come here again.
I deal with the public everyday. When you’re paying $85 to $100 for nails plus tipping you should be able to say if you are not fond of a color or a service .

I absolutely loved my pedicure today ! I believe her name was Thena and she was fantastic! I'm definitely going to ask her again . She was really gentle and took her time ! My feet are horrible when it comes to calluses and she made my feet baby smooth. I came here for my very first pedicure 11 years ago and they've just gotten better with time ! 10/10 will recommend to everyone !

First time going here. I received an acrylic fill and nail polish. It was a nice relaxing experience. Nails came out perfect. She took her time, answered any questions I had and made sure I was happy with the results each step of the way. It was a great first time experience.

I highly recommend a pedicure. I could not see my podiatrist so I dropped in to see these guys, and I'm so glad that I did! I will be back! My back just happened to be out and they have a massage chair that just took care of it. So happy we dropped in! Bravo to the staff!

Kevin and his staff are the best!!!! They are very friendly, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. He has been known to go and get your car during the rain to keep you from getting wet. The quality of job is outstanding and the service is above and beyond!!!
