If i could give ZERO stars i would. From the moment i walked in i was treated like a homeless person, the ladies behind the counter are the judgiest, absolutely rudest people i have ever met. For working in a jewelry store, you would think they would want to be helpful but the blonde headed girl was in fact not. Then had an attitude when i said i will go somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE. I had the money to flat out buy, but with the attitude there's no way i would ever recommend anyone to give their money to this place.

We do nor buy a lot of jewelry but have always used them. This time I purchase a pair of earrings, my wife loved them, put them on and was pleased. Upon taking them off , one ear post had a sharp point on the return side and would not pull out (the other ear post was smooth on the top of wire. I had to flatten the point to get the earring out. We took it back and she said they would repair it at no cost but it was my fault and implied that I was lying and kept trying to blame me or my wife’s ear. She did not seem to get what I was saying, she kept saying that the tip of the post was smooth and I kept saying , that was not the problem even drew picture and she still did not get it and kept arguing. We would have accepted the “Free” repair but she just kept it going and finally just said she would credit the card I used. By that time I was ****** at the implications that we were lying and how she kept it up. There were several Times I accepted the free repair but she just could not let go and accept that it was defective. I don’t know what her problem was but she should not be allowed to do customer service. I won’t ever darken their doors again!

If it would allow me ZERO stars i would have chosen that. We will no longer be doing business with this shop. After years of purchasing Pandora beads for my grandmother (when they carried them) and thousands of dollars spent here. We recently brought my grandmothers heirloom piece in for repair here and upon receiving the price for the repair, my 90 year old grandmother wanted to call and see what the process of the repair would be. The response that she received was less than acceptable. "Just tell her to come get it, she's not going to be happy with it anyways" to which she responds that she wants to have the work done, she just wanted to know a bit about the process. To which they told her no to just come and get it. She was in tears at this point because she just wants to be able to wear this special piece again. This is a piece that has been in our family for over 100 years. And I'm not upset that they couldn't work on it, because that explanation would have been alot kinder than the one she received. But to act so blatantly rude over questions that are ACCEPTABLE to ask is just atrocious. To be clear, I used to manage the Kay Jewelers right down the road, and the repair department at that. I understand that repairs for an heirloom piece can be costly. Therefore IF a customer calls and wants a breakdown of the cost and the process, they are more than welcome to do that! NO IF, AND, OR BUT ABOUT IT. If they want to call and ask any questions regarding any work that will be done on their piece, they should feel more than welcome to. Without fear of being spoken to in such a manner.I hope this a lesson to you and your shop to be KIND. Regardless of who calls you or walks through your door.

Lisa's did a great job repairing a necklace for a friend who was from out of town and had to leave soon. We were very appreciative of their willingness to provide expedited service!

Cool little hometown jewelry store. Nice selection of Citizen and Bulova watches. I have heard they do decent repair work as well. I would recommend getting a second quote before you sell any scrap gold, platinum or silver here. I brought in some old scrap jewelry that I was almost going to just give away. They offered me exactly in half of what two other local scrap silver and gold buyers were willing to give me. That just seems kind of odd to me. Not really a deal-breaker just something to consider. Otherwise it's always good to support local businesses whenever it isn't too costly to do so.

I went on to sell a ring that cost over 2500 dollars from Kay’s and they told me they weren’t intrested and they looked at me like I was a piece of dirt and really rude.

I had a new watch sized, great service very nice folks, something a bit funny/strange, I offered tip to the lady that took the links out because I felt she went over and above and they only charged 10.00. I wanted to show my appreciation for a job well done and affered a tip and you would have thought I asked her to steal something.. Don't offer tips!!!

I have always been impressed with the quality and the prices of the jewelry in the store. Last night my girlfriend stepped on a ring that belonged to her mother and I took it there to see if they could straighten it. They made it perfect again and it only took a few minutes. They have so many things I would like to buy but Teresa has basically told me I have to stop! It is my first choice for Jewelers in the Chattanooga area.

We took my wife's wristwatch into Lisa's to have a new battery installed. This was a couple of years back. During the removal of the watch back to install the battery, they broke the crystal on her watch. We were told a crystal on that watch was not available, and were offered a discount on a Seiko. I mentioned what happened to a friend, telling him I felt it was odd. This same friend, an elderly man, took his favorite old beat up watch in to get a battery within the last couple of weeks. He was told the watch still didn't work after replacing the battery. I took that same watch over to The Watchmaker in Chattanooga. Oddly, it worked when they replaced the battery, and now he has his favorite old watch back on his wrist.

Went in for an appraisal on a ring. The "owner" or person in charge seemed more interested in chatting with her friend rather then pay attention to a new customer who hadn't been in before. She stated no written appraisals given at that time. I will not be back or recommend them at all.
