Sent to 3 different aisles for an attic fan. Two of the associates I asked continued their social visit, now store. I finally found it myself on a 4th aisle using the online app. Lately on multiple occasions, the online app is more helpful than in person. I hope AI doesn't take over intelligent customer service.

Very poor customer service I lawnmower trimer blower because I get 3 free batterys for that special I spect to pay 1,200 plus tax but when I check out they charge me 1,500 plus tax ... finally I don't like the product I buy so go to return the items and they just want to refund forr me 1,200 plus tax ...I show them my bank statement charge on my credit card and even that they just want to refund for me 1,200 plus tax after a little discussion they find the way to refund me my 1,500 plus tax i spend now I just have to wait for some days to see my refund complete I hope everything going well and not make me go there again ... the return policy is 30 day but they keep tell me is only two week I think they can do something better for take care they customer not one want to accept lost 300 discussion just because the scanner read less if I show you my transaction on my cards that is the exact same amount you need to refund me if I take all the items back poor service very disappointed 😞

This is my usual hardware store. The selection of items for sale is great and the prices ok. The only thing I do not like very much is part of their service. It is always hard to find an associate to ask a question and it is rare to find the larger carts in the store. I always have to search the parking lot for one. When I do find an associate they tend to be nice but stressed.

I have lost all my faith in Lowe’s I bought paint last weekend I wanted cabinet paint and of course the worker said you need something else and of course after doing all the work you barely touch it it comes off after all of my hard work then we bought a LG Wash tower just to find out it would not work in our place and the worker guarantee it to so over $2,000 thousand dollars down the drain I mean if you don’t know the answers to our questions find someone who does because you don’t have a clue what we have been through with a washer and dryer and now repainting our kitchen and bathroom

Worst Lowe's I have ever been in. Every single time I have come to this Lowe's, I ended up just going to Home Depot. The customer service desk is manned by a teenager. No one knows how to operate the wire rack. Every other aisle has at least three service racks blocking the way, and their selection is extremely limited.

Rather embarrassing.... Ask 3 folks for help. The first guy told my it wasnt his section... But really tried to help. The 2nd guy was showing me wire polishing tools for metal for a Dewalt... After I asked him to help me find a tool for WOOD!! The 3rd guy stuck his finger up and told me to hold on and NEVER came back. So I left.

.... update years later .. everything was perfect and the store was clean
