Yesterday at Mattress Firm in Ft. Oglethorpe I had the best experience buying a new mattress. Billy, the salesperson who helped me, was the epitome of customer service! He greeted me immediately as I walked in, was very friendly and we established a rapport right away. Billy was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and what a person needs to do to get a good night’s sleep. He didn’t rush me as I went back & forth trying out mattresses. He gave me a pillow to use as well which I ended up purchasing. He gave me lots of really useful information and answered all of my questions. It is evident that he loves his job. Billy made the stressful process of buying a mattress quite enjoyable. I will recommend to family and friends who are looking for a mattress to go to Mattress Firm and ask for Billy!
