Not sure where the misinformation stemmed from but I went in to switch from T-Mobile with BYOD after being told by T-Mobile that this was an option for me trying to lower my bill, I was told by a Metro team member that I could not bring a T-Mobile device (Google Pixel 6). If that's the case so be it but the team member that I interacted with was rude and obviously unhappy to be at work as I observed her being short with the other customer she was assisting. The other team member was occupied in a call and I had observed her face to face interaction with another customer and she was very pleasant and energetic.

Daniel was so helpful for granddaughter to up grade her phone. He was polite, and answered any questions that I had or she had.

Went in to get a new phone bc my old phone was a p.o.s. Kiera was so professional and polite. She really made our experience a nice one. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She was kind enough to transfer my contacts. Even though she had to do one at a time. All 240 of them. Thanks Kiera. I hope i spelled ur name correctly. Great customer service. Couldnt be happier.

Talked to a rude lady on the phone. Trying to pay my phone off. Said my phone was financed through a third party and couldn’t help me pay my phone off and couldn’t help me navigate my app but called another store and they were able to help me and my phone wasn’t purchased through a “third party” never even heard of that and they helped me find it through the app. Exactly why I’m switching. They never know what they’re talking about and the service is terrible.
