I pratonized this salon to get a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails for my birthday. It's a nice, clean establishment.
I love the color I chose. The pedicure was great but the polish was messy. The white base coat is still stuck on my skin. I do not like how the acrylic was applied to my fingernails. The acrylic on my nails is too thick and I have acrylic under my nails. I tried to speak up numerous times but the nail tech would just nod yes but didn't thin them out. I'm not sure if the guy really couldn't understand me or if he was purposely using the language barrier as a way to avoid spending more time fixing my nails. I had already been there for 3 hours and had to pick my daughter up from school so I didn't have time to get them fixed.
I would recommend just getting a pedicure with no color polish.

Vicky is the BEST! She always does a great job on my nails. Everyone there is friendly and it's a pleasant atmosphere.

Pedicure was good, however the girl waxed over the same spot on my eyebrow 3 times, burning and ripping my skin off.

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s really cool to see how much they’ve grown as a business. They always do a great job here and I always notice that they’re great at sanitizing in between clients. Every tech I’ve seen has always done an amazing job, so I highly recommend this nail salon. :) They’re also competitive price wise. For a gel pedicure, dip manicure, and eyebrow wax, it was only $108!

I’ve been going here on and off for about 10 years, my tech left the salon so I followed her, well went there again today because that’s where my sister wanted to go, and I leave there furious! Paint isn’t even painted all the way back to the cuticle, missing clear coat on most of my toes, they’re filed sideways instead of straight, polish on my feet is messed up as well. You pay 100 for a service and tip every time, very decently, you’d expect a better job! This place has gone downhill since Kevin died, and honestly, I’ll never spend another dollar here. I do not recommend anyone to go here unless you want less than average done for an expensive amount of money. They fit. Even deserve the one star, and after services like these, they expect a tip whether they’re right or not! I tip generously but when you act entitled or owed after a service is already paid; when the service was terrible, is crazy work. , this place has gone downhill, it’s not about the experience or the person anymore, it’s about the quantity and how much they can push out the door for the next dollar.

Don’t go here. I’ve been a customer for years. I made an appointment, the person wasn’t even there. Someone else did my nails then over charged me by $10 saying that’s what I got even though that’s not what my appointment was for. Ridiculous.
Update:: 1 day after I changed my 5 star review my gel polish that is supposed to not chip for at least 7 days has chipped less than 24hrs later. This is not the first time it’s happened here after getting gel, they’ve chipped and completely peeled off with in 2-3 days on multiple occasions now. Usually they fix them for free however they have burnt a bridge and lost a long time client. I’m requesting a refund.
Hi there I see your reply. I tried to address this and fix it in house before changing me review that was previously 5 stars as I’ve come here for years. Please refund me considering my nail is chipped less than a day later. I did not get nor ask for a full manicure due to some allergies and being safe with products I don’t know the ingredients in. He cut my cuticles and made me bleed, I thought this was his process for doing nails, I was not going to tell him how to do his job. If I’m not issued a refund I will be reaching out to my bank.

My husband and I have been going for 10 years and won't go anywhere else. The staff is great and accommodating to our needs. Nice,clean environment.

Low-key environment; Sky, the tech, did not insist on talking (Yayyyyy!). When I go for a pedi I want to relax and decompress. Sky allowed that. My toes and feet look fantastic.

So March 1st I went to go get my nails done with my 3 girls, my oldest and I got full set of acrylics and the two little ones got kids gel manicures. I went again, got mine filled, oldest got a new set of full, two you littles got kids French manicures. They charge me $40 to fill my nails, I didn’t get a color change as mine are French tips, my oldest cost $60 and $25/each for the kids French mani’s. March 1st it cost me $115 for everything and this time it cost me $150. So I’m pissed you guys up charged me because you figured you could, I know that’s what happened and after I gave my tech $20 tip, my oldest daughter’s tech $20 and $10 each for the techs for the two littles. I will find somewhere else that doesn’t up charge just because you think I can afford it. Now another nail salon will get my business because your nails techs did me dirty. Really gross you allow your staff to do this. Billy was my nail tech and I believe my oldest daughters was Lein but didn’t catch her name to be sure.
