At first it was great and then proceeded to chaos with a huge turn around on staff and directors. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Most of the staff sit behind a desk while the children are put in front of a television. Staff members left bruises on my child a few times. The first time I approached it as an accidental situation. The second time I reported it to the director letting them know that this cannot happen again. I informed them that if a third incident happened, the police will be contacted. Please watch your children’s behavior and ask questions. The best daycare that my child attended was Bright Beginnings. They are very attentive and a structured Christian facility that keep the children engaged.

My 3 year old son goes here. I have nothing but good things to say about this daycare. They take such good care of him and he loves going. He is always in a good mood when I pick him up and the staff there is great. The director is super nice also. I love them all! Thank you Noah's ark for taking good care of my Easton! Y'all are great. ☺️♥️

After being moved to a new classroom is when the issues started. Within a week, his cloths were wet, (after being changed 45 mins earlier), there is no way he was changed. Another child had his coat on while he had none on, my son asked his teacher for his coat and was told no, another kid said it was his, so I can't take it off, since it's not your son's coat. The final and worst nightmare was when my daughter in law picked up with a fever over 103, and no one noticed or called to say he wasn't feeling well. My advice is to be ALERT, very alert.

I have worked for this center three different times and have to say I have seen some major change through out the years. We having friendly teachers and great directors who stay on top of everything. We have the sweetest kids and awesome parents. Great Christian facility and great place to work for.

This center was by far a horrible experience and I would not recommend anyone send your children there! My youngest started there and within the 1st month of being there was bit and it continually got worse as she was bit 16 times and was even punched in the stomach once! When confronted about this issue there reasoning was that "kids will be kids"!! Also the "teachers" in the classroom are constantly on their phones and yell at the kids all the time! My child cried everyday when being dropped off and did not want to go! We are in a new place now and my child runs in the room and we have not had any ouch reports...... Please do not send your children here!

I have had my middle child there since she was 6 weeks old, she is 4 now. I have had some problems and sometimes I feel they need more people but it's normal for a daycare. She has always been taken really good care of. If she was ever hurt I got a call right away. It's always clean, my daughter has never been overly sick or ever come home with lice. She loves all the teachers and has loved being there. I have a new baby and she is going there now too. I have recommend this place to friends and they have their children there also.

Parents beware! Horrible service and care. I went to pick up my son and was told he had cried for his dad for two hours and I wasn't even called. My son NEVER cries. After getting home I noticed my son had a horrible bite mark on his wrist. He is only 2 years old. I know kids bite, but they obviously weren't paying attention to the kids if they didn't even notice he was bit and had even cried. We called the director but she never called back. We finally got in touch with her after calling back several times. She said she would review tapes and call us back but never apologized. After two days we never received a call back. We kept calling and finally got her again. She accused me of exaggerating him crying two hours, never apologized, and immediately got off the phone after we said we were taking him somewhere else. I have since found out his teacher, who always had them in front of a TV when I went to get him, is also her daughter in law. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't take care of the children the way they should, they don't call back, they are rude, and also they aren't very Christian at all! Parents beware!
