I purchased Office Depot brand ink refills for my Canon printer. I opened the Cayan ink refill when I got home. When I took off the cover, ink dropped all over my new pants, my hands & our desk. I rushed to get my pants in cold water. Needless to say, the ink didn’t come out nor did it come off my hands. We took the cartridges back to Office Depot, along with my pants. We told the lady who helped us about what happened. She sort of smirked & offered us a refund. I showed her my pants & she didn’t say a word. It was no concern of hers. She could have cared less. I wish I had got her name. DO NOT PURCHASE OFFICE DEPOT BRAND INK REFILLS & go somewhere besides Office Depot in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. There should be a process where you could be be reimbursed for items ruined by their faulty products.

I had the best experience in Office Depot today all thanks to one employee! Raven was very helpful, thorough with my order, and truly went the extra mile. I truly appreciate her help!

I guess I’m confused on why offer self serve printing options when they simply don’t work. Then when the service doesn’t work and you ask the employee Autumn for help, she says there’s nothing she can do and if I need something printed I have to wait 24 hours. If she was busy doing other jobs, I’d understand. But Autumn was playing on her phone while I was having issues with the self serve printer. Again, I understand following a job queue. But Autumn came off unprofessional and didn’t seem to care. The document I needed printed was also only 3 pages. Not a crazy document. The store itself looked run down and from 2003, and I was not greeted by the man at the register when walking in, just was stared at h til I found my way to the print & copy area. I’ll take my printing and office needs elsewhere. Thank you

I went to two different office depots trying to get something printed off and no one was working at the print desk. I gave up and purchased a printer and the garbage doesn't even come with a USB cable. How are they still in business?

I use Office Depot to send packages and the staff has always been so helpful with typing the labels for me because I'm not tech savvy on computers. I went in on January 7th 2025 at about 8Pm and they had 1 customer that was leaving and no customers after that. A young girl was trying to find something to do so she was going to put up a basket of item's and she asked if she could help me. I told her I needed to send a package so we determined what size and then she said here put in your information. I told her I'm not good at computers and asked if she could type it for me because they always do here. She said no, they don't want us to do that for you. I said well you will have to help me. So she stood and showed me how to hit certain buttons.I told her I wouldn't be coming back because the other girl's have always typed it out and it's a lot faster.I don't go to store's that have bad customer service so from now on I'll go to the post office because they type out the label and are very helpful.

I finally found my receipt with the names I wanted to thank in the survey, but the QR code or the website won't work. So shout out to Dez, Noel, and Autumn for helping me replace my laptop cord that had been stolen. Y'all were great.

Wish I could give 0 stars. 24+ hours for literally one single color print?!? Are you kidding me that is the turnaround time?!? I'll take my business to staples going forward. No wonder almost all of the office depots have gone out of business

Team at Ft Oglethorpe Office Depot were exceptional helpful and professional..I ordered online not realizing assembly would be required-not a good option for me. Upon arrival, they were gracious providing an instant return and helping me choose and load my pre-assembled alternate choice. Pleasant and expedient transaction start to finish

My mom had ordered her blue prints on line to be printed, well of course it’s how it goes we couldn’t figure out how to send the files to office depot ( had them sent to one by me bc she would have to go into Chattanooga 45 min away from her) so that they could be opened and printed. By our surprise, when we got there this Gentleman named DEVIN , had gotten our hot mess figured out! Phew thank you God! So we talked to another lady when we got our prints , about needing help with getting the others sent and printed … we had tried everything we could think of and decided we just needed a laptop to try and figure it out on. Devin had asked us to come over to the other register to be cashed out and asked if he could help with anything else? That is when we found out that he was the one who got the others to print…. I showed him the files on my moms android phone, said that we have no idea how to get it to work we had tried everything. He asked if he could try( we needed six more things printed?♀️) I said absolutely! He had the phone for a whole two min at the most and walked over to the computer and said I got it! Wow! Thank you! And he comes back to the phone again, and gets the rest to send over as well! AMAZING! You have no idea the pain in the butt this has been and he was so beyond willing to help in anyway possible, not only help but got it to work for us! He was crazy polite, and a great people person! This gentleman by far is one of the best I have ran into in a crazy long time! You don’t find people nowadays that have great customer service and that love their jobs and what they do( at least he seemed as he does… so I would assume ?) Thank you so very much DEVIN, we will be back soon ,just for the fact that he was so patient with us when we had no clue what to do! My mom lives an hour away from this store and will keep coming back because of you! Again thank you!

Today March 20th I went to Office Depot in Fort Oglethorpe. All I wanted was to get some pre-printed stuff cut and padded I had 350 sheets divided into 10 sections. They gave me a price of $171.00. When I asked to speak to the store manager the person at the print center said he was the manager. In fact the store manager was in the back dealing with another issue while his employee was lying to a customer. I told him I had just had the same thing done a few weeks ago and they charged me less than $10.00 now he wants to charge $171.00. He said they did not ring it up right. Did they just not want to do the job and knew that no one in their right mind would pay that or was he going to pocket the difference? Who knows? If a person will lie to you what else will they do?
I called another store and they had the manager of the FO store call me he said the actually price should have been around $26.00 and he was in the store and that the employee should have called him and not told the customer that he was the store manager. In years past I have purchased computers, furniture various office supplies from that Office Depot and other locations as well. But that was my last visit to any Office Depot.
I will use Staples if I need office supplies that I cannot get at Walmart or Amazon. For this job I went to a local printer "Village Print Shop" and the job is going to cost $14.00 and will be ready in a few days. I would recommend them over any print center in the Fort Oglethorpe area. Professional, and easy to deal with.

Needed a somewhat expensive, large format print job completed. Office Depot offered the most competitive price with next-day in-store pick-up. Unfortunately, the default settings on the printer distorted the print design's colors, but the sales associate put in extra effort to troubleshoot the problem and reprint, at no extra cost. Customer service was great and final product couldn't be beat for the price.

Associate made mistake put the wrong product with my merchandise. I accidentally ruined the packaging open it up now they will not return. Kind of funny how their mistake has now cost me money. we are one of those consumers that has a teacher in the family and used to do a lot of shopping at this store.I was never very satisfied shopping at the store as half the time the people working there didn’t have a clue to where any of their merchandise was. But now, after they cost me over $50, I will make sure that everybody I know ,knows that they should not go there.

Ordered an item as a surprise gift. Employee loaded a box that had been dropped and damaged at least one time for sure. When a phone inquiry was made I was put on hold and then hung up on after 5 minutes of no response. Very Disappointed
