Courteous knowledgeable staff assisted us with finding exactly what we needed to be able to rehydrate by bottle feeding overnight a pair of stray kittens after learning that their mother had been killed by a car once we were finally able to locate and extract them from underneath an elderly neighbors home one evening before being able to get them safely into the hands of an actual veterinarians care the next morning.

Took my pup last minute and was provided fast service. ilara was able to keep some hair on her face even though she needed to be shaved down... and buffed her nails really good!
I am appreciative of the service here today and would bring both my pups here in the future as opposed to the closer location in Chattanooga.

Petco always has the cat and dog food brands for my fur babies. My cat and dog are on special diets. I also get my fish and aquarium needs there.

Store was clean. Staff was VERY friendly. Love that if my Pittie destroys a toy in a day, I can actually take it back. Makes spending $20 on a toy much more affordable b/c I know I am not wasting my money on a toy that only lasts a day or 2. Great Job Petco!

Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the cashier’s name, but she is a brunette working Friday evening and she was singularly one of the most pleasant people we have ever encountered in a retail store. She was all smiles and enthusiastic and her attitude was very contagious!!!

It's not a waffle house where you're greeted at the door...but typical overpriced and somewhat. Next time my pet needs something I believe I'm going to go online to Chewy.
