Employees were very helpful, prior to me coming to the store, helping me with picking out what I needed/wanted for my need addition to my family. Even helped me put the stuff in the car. Due to me just having surgery at the end of December. Thanks a lot

I called and was told that I could get my money back from the store manager. But he wasn't there when I went to return some callers that would not stay on my pups. One of the assistant managers said that I had to be in store credit after 30 days. Then proceeded to read the tiny print on the back of the receipt. Like who reads all of that, on every single receipt? So I have a $60.95 Petco in store credit card that is going to be little to no use to me. I could use that money for bills. Seriously I will NOT stop there again. #petsmart you've got a new customer! I get that the back of the receipt says what it says however, when I call and speak to the manager and he's aware that it's past 30 days and tells me I can have the cash back then that's a problem.

I've only been inside this Petco a handful of times with how new it is, but in my own opinion it was one of my best experiences with the company for a few reasons. One, the staff I did interact with was very friendly and did not force any sales down my throat at checkout. Two, the store was very well kept and finding what i needed was a breeze. Three, all the animals seemed very lively and healthy ( most important besides cleanliness in a pet store). If there's one thing I could change, I would add more reptile or exotic selections but I'm a stickler for how vast, exotic or unique a pet stores selection is and they lose no stars for that. I will definitely continue business with that location if they keep it up!

Found what I needed, employees helpful and friendly. However, the .10 charge for a plastic bag is RIDICULOUS, laughable and insulting to your customers!!! That should be included in the cost of running a business!! Not a fee passed to your shoppers! Also, I’m fairly certain your cost for plastic bags in bulk is pretty cheap per bag…..Trying to profit on bags for customers to carry your merchandise out of the store is outrageous and a TERRIBLE business model! DO BETTER PETCO!!

They always have any and all of my pet needs but I give 4 stars and almost 3 because of the customer service. No one is ever around to answer questions or assist with literally anything. Always only 1 person at the cash register. Honestly starting to feel more like walmart instead of Petco.

Before Christmas our baby Cotton needed trimmed. He hadn’t had a cut in a while. The last time we had him cut the groomer went really short so we decided to let it grow a little while. We made an appointment for a few days before Christmas.The day off the appointment we get a call that the groomer is sick with flu and we needed to reschedule with the promise we would get a discount. Of course we would reschedule and truly sad to hear she had the flu.The new appointment was scheduled a week later with Meghan. My husband took our baby Cotton to the appointment. He advised the person at desk that he had a small mat behind his ear we could not seem to get out. He also asked they not cut him so short this time.When he picked Cotton up this is what we got( pictures) He is shaved down to his skin! When my husband asked why? … he was told “your dog had mats everywhere! “This was not true at all!I assume Meghan just went over board with the clipping. Then to add more bad news when he got to the register the cut was not half off like promised. Then our poor baby was so freighted from the whole ordeal he shook all the way home.We will not be taking our pets to this store anymore.
