Critters are well cared for and we even had an employee help show my toddler a kitten who was there for adoption, just for fun. It was so sweet and made our whole day awesome. Fair prices and seemed well stocked. Thanks!

My Girl Lilo will not let us cut her nails. She is terrified and literally trembles. We have tried several places and the gentleman with the dark ponytail is THE BEST! He just has a calm presence about him & is so gentle with my baby. She loves him!

I have a very anxious lab and German shepherd mix puppy. He's 9 months old. I scheduled an appointment for 9 am when they didn't have a lot of animals in. I showed up to find out that someone changed my appointment and there would be 5 dogs there.... Not happy about this at all. I cancelled my appointment and I won't take any of my animals back. Not even a phone call to ask me about rescheduling. Seriously unprofessional.
The woman in the store however is super friendly and tried so hard to get a groomer there to take care of my baby. If I need to purchase anything I will go see her, but the groomers have lost my business and respect.

This place is decent not my favorite. They're kind of understaffed. Good luck trying to get somebody to help you find something You can literally wander around the store forever and nobody will even ask you if they can help. Then half the time when you're looking for a particular product they don't have it in stock or they just flat out don't carry it what it is the only product you've used for your animals for years it's kind of sucks because then I have to drive 4 miles down the road to their competitor which is probably what I should do in the first place. If they don't step up their game I won't walk back in the store. Frankly I'm not sure why I'm even giving it four stars but that's what I'm doing.

Tried to book a grooming appointment. Online says there are 6 available appointment slots for the day, but my appointment was denied. I called to ask why, and was told there are no openings until Sunday.

I took my dog to get de-shedded and after he came back home he was tense and sensitive to the touch. I figured he was just stressed because he's not a fan of being the bath or nail trimming or anything. After a couple days of the same sensitivity I got concerned. He's an older dog so I thought he had hurt his spine because every time I touched his back he would flinch. It turns out that when he got de-shedded, whatever they did, left scratches all across his skin and it started bleeding and scabbed over so his hair was getting matted from the little scabs across his whole back. I just bathed him and cleaned the scabs off of him and he's good as new. He's an inside dog and going to get him groomed was the only thing that changed from his normal routine so there's nothing else that could've caused it.

Thank you to the lazy employee guy with glasses. Always buy my dog food here. The dog food was literally on a pallet visible few things on top and he said I could come back tomorrow. I said we'll my dogs out of food today ...he said oh I'm sorry..it will be ready tomorrow....I am sorry too for my 10 years of business! Won't he back
