The girls shoes weren’t apart of the sale and Max found an online coupon that made the shoes affordable for me. He went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. I really appreciated his help and patience!

Buy one get one 50% off is very miss leading . They have it marked on shoes that dont apply to the sale and it's very unfortunate that I was expecting to get the half off deal on the shoes we purchased but was told that didn't count for the sale.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from here. 1 pair to work in and the other pair for after work. Both pairs made it maybe a month. The material started coming apart leaving holes in the top parts of the shoes. The sole came apart from the material. The pair I used for casual purposes I have used 5 times in a month or a little over a month are garbage. Both pairs cost 140 bucks so I expected them to last longer than they did. I got 2 different pairs of Skechers. I won't go back ever.

Amber who appears on her name tag as the assistant manager has a poor representation of the customer service industry. She was rude from the get go when I came in to process a return, started by saying they don’t have them in store. I then just asked for a refund on 2 exact same pair of shoes but when the return value was different she literally was like I don’t know… isn’t that why she is a manager of a store to fix problem… not her… I will be following up with corporate.
