Is it possible to hold someone’s ATV for 5 years? We took it in in 2019 for a carb clean up. After a few months of no communication from them, we had to call EVERY week after they told us “it’d be ready”. they made promises to call back when “terry” is in. We would never get a call. When we would go in in person they’d say it wasn’t ready. When we’d ask to see it they’d say it wasn’t there ?? After 3 years they said oh we are just waiting on a payment . Okay can we see it first? “Its not ready.” Finally I told my husband look we’re going to go with the truck and we’re not leaving without it. When we went in they panicked cause we were not leaving without our ATV. They tried to tell us it wasn’t there and it was at their other shop? We didn’t buy that. We told them okay goi get it, cause we never authorized that! When we got it finally It looked like it was ransacked and tore apart by a geeker! Missing the seat, some other things and All Went in for was a carburetor clean up. Came out with a piece of useless junk! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

If I could give a negative 5 star I would. They've had my atv for 4.5 years. Still not running. Had to take them to court to get it back. Bumch of liars in this business.

RT has always provided quality service to myself and my family. It's family owned and operated so the repairs are always done by people you know and trust. They do have a new mechanic working for them but I know he did an amazing job with the repairs on our bike. I love how they treat you like family. These days every bike shop in town has a wait list but RT still managed to find a way to get us back on the road running better than ever before and they even polished it so it looks nicer than it ever has. I wouldn't dare think of using any other shop for my repair needs.

Not a very good selection of inventory when it comes to bikes! The lady that waited on me acted like she was on something and was sweating and acting erratic

I take my bike 2018 Honda. just to new clutch lever and break and clutch cable. I get my bike back and it won’t even start! Not only did they call the police on me they couldn’t even fix their mistake. Their mechanic then tells me that I’m a fraud and my bike NEVER worked! Long story short I take my bike to Honda POWERSPORTS in East ridge 3 hours later they fixed it! Do not trust these people!! Had to go out of pocket another 400$! They can not be trusted.

Think twice about using these people. Took a bike for repair with them promising to have it fixed by a certain time and never did. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Horrible...I had a bike financed there , they got Paid in full for the bike , I drove it 6 miles , fuel leaking , more like running down the frame , they came and picked it up from my location and can't even give me a window of time when the bike will be ready. I'm requesting a bike of equal value through then bc I need what I paidfor, or im requesting my money back , waiting for a response from the finance company now. I've never dealt w such a disappointing purchase. My first purchase as a matter of fact. I wouldn't refer anyone here

Whew! I'm lucky I didn't need an expensive part. Instead I just needed a few specialty fasteners. They weren't in stock, so I gave them my credit card to order the parts. Well, that was a year and a half ago. Of course, still no parts. I was able to order the parts off of Amazon and got it in 3 days for less than 1/2 the price. I'm out $35, but have learned me lesson about dealing with RT Cycles.Oh, and I try really hard to support local businesses instead of internet dealers, even if they are more expensive or slower. I'd rather deal with my neighbors than a conglomerate. This is one of the few times that it failed. Lesson learned.
