We needed a storage unit while we tried to sell our house- with no anticipated time limit for how long we would need it. The staff was extremely quick at getting our unit. It was very affordable and well maintained. We have been very pleased with our experience!

Management is very nice. Tammy is cool always willing to help when needed. But also you got to realize this is a business. I highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

Simple storage told us we had 24 hour access to our two units. Then they changed the closing time to 10 pm without telling us. This makes it very unaccessible to us. They will change things without telling you. We signed up with the explicit 24 hour access with no problem. We were then told they would do that for businesses but not us. So they can do it..just wouldn't. Misrepresentation

First rental experience: was given a storage unit that upon arrival was discovered already belonged to someone. The guy proceeded to cut their lock off and look. Like what? How do you not know that it’s someone else’s?
Second rental experience: I declined insurance for the truck. And the woman just decided to randomly add it??? And then got upset when I provided proof and asked her to refund it.
Today we went to get into our unit and the rope that was on the bottom was ripped off as it someone tried to get in. The lock is rusted over and cut my finger. Luckily I have a tetanus shot. But that needs to be fixed ASAP. But I can’t get ahold of someone because no one answers.

Incredibly rude individual on the phone, very snarky replys with a complete disregard for any questions about the units, and hung up before I even finished asking a second question.

Mever use this facility as they charged my elderly dad of 74 577.36 to wash and sweep the truck ! I REPORTED TO THE BBB AND FILING SMALL CLAIMS also truck sat for 8 hours two days in row while he waited for someone to jump it off and service man said truck was to old and should have not been rented

THEFT OF 2 Travel Trailer/Campers STOLEN From 2 Different People On 2 Different Occasions At This Storage Facility And Security Cameras Were Conveniently Not Working Both Times! INSIDE JOBS??? Beware of this business. A family member of mine was storing a 32' camper there and asked him where he wanted to store it and he chose a spot. Soon after he went there to get some of his stuff out (he had collectables, his personal items, including items of a close family member who passed away, photos and more), and his camper was moved without his permission to a location further in the back. Soon after he went back his whole camper was gone! Oh cameras? Interesting how they happen to not have been working that day. Shady people working there I've heard from more than one person and the owner was unapologetic and cold about the situation. Police report was made at the time if you don't want to take my word for it.

The minute I pulled in, I was told where I needed to park the truck…un-hitch the car transport and where to put it. I explained I had difficulty backing a trailer in tight spaces….was told he could do it for $25 after he took a lunch. I have rented gear from uhaul for years and never was charged, or expected to move or take apart equipment. Contacted uhaul and reported who really don’t care…but my AMEX does and will dispute any charges. Way to treat loyal customers, and veterans.
