I have always enjoyed my trip to my local tractor supply but today was alot different. I went in as usual to get all my chicken feed and supplies got everything I needed and went to the check out, one line was busy so the cashier sent me to the other lane and after waiting on the cashier Samanta to show all her personal photos to the lady in front of me then I was being rang up I ask 3 different time are the chicken waterers 2 for $6 which she completely ignored the fact I was even talking then started talking on her radio about an online order. She didn't give me a receipt so I ask could I atleast get a receipt then she gave me a receipt and I went to the other cashier and ask if the waterers were 2 for $6 because that's what the sign said then Samantha came over and said you could have just ask me very rudely to which my husband replied she tried asking you 3 times before we even paid and was ignored. As the other cashier was giving me my money back that I was over charged for the waterers another customer ask Samantha for help to which she replied I'm working on a online order I can't help you very rudely. So I will be finding a new place to get my chicken supplies no one should be talked to in a rude manner or ignored by someone working customer service.

Pulled up at 7pm because Petsense was closed at 6, and they had a guy at the door (not in a uniform) saying they’re closed? Google says you close at 8. Please update your hours. And don’t just stand there with the door open making it look like y’all are open to the public.

We buy a lot of products from Tractor Supply. Most everything is ok but overpriced. The hay however is often full of dirt or moldy, many times filled with horse nettle and briars. Its not fit to feed horses and is way overpriced for the quality received.
The customer service here is great. The store is clean but at times not stocked as well as other tractor supplies nearby.

great selection of pet care items, livestock needs, and holiday items. They have high quality clothes too. I bought a heavy bag of pet food and an employee quickly and cheerfully loaded it in my van! Cashier was friendly too - so employees/ customer service was great!

Everytime I come in here I am always greeted with a smile and a hello or asked if I needed any help.
I came in to grab wild bird seed and some critter feed. I am 6 months pregnant and a gentleman/employee insisted on helping me load my bags in my truck for me. Did he have to do that? No, he didn’t. But it’s so nice to see people being kind. I did not catch his name, but I do know he’s going hunting this weekend and I hope he has the best time.
My hopes in this post is that someone high up recognizes they have a great employee and should be told so! Thanks for being a great person and enjoyable place to shop!

I shop here occasionally and always have a good experience with the employees. I like that they carry small animal supplies too! I used the self serve dog wash today for the first time. The area itself is fairly small and smells a bit like mildew (granted, it does stay wet in there). They have two lifted tubs, probably not an ideal size for something like a Great Pyrenees or Great Dane, but otherwise would fit most large dogs. The water pressure was great and I loved the adjustable nozzle for the hose. I didn’t use any of the shampoos but they had a few options as well as brushes and mitts. I also didn’t use the drying station but they had two groom tables for you to dry on. I was given plenty of towels at the register to use, as well as a couple treats for my dog. For the price point, I’d definitely use this service again!

Would like to leave a review for the employee Carrie ! The best customer service ! She went above and beyond to help me . I was looking for dog food for my puppy , ooltewah location didn’t have it in stock , drove to Fort O location and could not find it anywhere on the shelves. Miss Carrie searched for dog food in the back , saved me so much time from trying to find it somewhere else or online . Thank you , Carrie , for being so helpful, kind and nice ! If I could give her 10 stars I would !

Large TSC store set as an anchor store in a retail strip mall. The main outdoor section is in the parking lot and not attached to the building. Plenty of parking since it's a large retail area, but if you have a trailer plan on needing to park further out in the parking lot.

Love tractor supply.. They have everything we need for our chickens dogs and cats and bird seed! Great clothing selection and things for our homestead! Cute home decor calendars books and garden supply! Everyone there is so nice helpful and friendly!!!!!!!!
