I called this location asking to rent the cargo van they had. The attendant lied to me twice, saying he didn't have it or that it wasn't available. He was trying to trick me into upgrading to a larger vehicle I didn't need. Finally, I reserved it through the website with no add-ons because I only needed it for one small local transport. When I went to pick it up, he tried again to upgrade me, then added extras to the bill, hoping I wouldn't notice. I told him to remove them, and he argued with me, saying I had chosen those options online. I made him remove everything. The guy is a snake! Don't do business here.

U-haul corporate might want to give thought to the poor representation.Not my first “experience” at this location with different reps more concerned with personal phone calls and NOT serving customers.Much better location in the Historic area.

If I could put no stars i would. I am currently standing here waiting to check out a truck I reserved no one have greeted me the guy is on the phone talking about getting weeds sprayed and have been on the phone the whole time. Now I'm late.
