Poor store policies made it unnecessarily difficult to pick up a phone I had already purchased, even though I had the order receipt. The process was frustrating and overcomplicated for no good reason.
The lady that helped me though was very kind and helpful.

Told the girl precisely what I wanted done, was told to wait an hour. An hour goes by and it's our turn, and I get told they can't do that in store. -_- if you're looking for knowledge, it isn't here.

I never write reviews but Steve provided such wonderful service to me and my wife and he deserves the credit. He was fair the entire time and provided service that benefited us and was completely honest throughout the process. Incredible!

Did not have a pleasant visit. The manager at the time I was there was very rude. I recommend going to a different store for any Verizon purchase.

Got my banking details compromised through my PayPal app. Wasn't certain the crook hadn't left me a parting gift when he did his dirty deeds so I ran by here and they scanned and scrubbed my phone without judging me and without charging me extra. So glad they are in my corner when things go bad elsewhere. Reminds me that while they may not always be the least expensive, they've always been there for me when I need help.

Me and my family stopped in to get our phones activated. LaVarious was so helpful and professional. He got us in and out. 5☆☆☆☆☆This location we have used two times and are very satisfied with the service from everyone.

I Love Verizon service. But at the store's you are like just a number waiting to be served. And as soon as they are done with you. And you remember that you had one more question. You have a grab another number.

Upgraded my phone today in store and typically would dread going into Verizon to wait in line and for the transfer process but was pleasantly surprised to be helped quickly by Dakota. She was very helpful, fun and friendly.
