The pharmacy staff did an excellent job and filled my script very quickly. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful.

Always slow at the drive through. Regularly do not have prescriptions filled after I have been notified they are ready for pickup. Poorly managed.

I understand you are understaffed!!! But when you receive my prescription at 2:00 pm, then at 8:00 pm it should be ready. You told me it would be and hour?? Well gas isn’t cheap either and multiple trips to a pharmacy full of RUDE employees isn’t doable. Funny how when I said I want to transfer it to another pharmacy you filled it right away. And just FYI…when your told Thank you…the proper and respectable response is Your welcome!

I like Walgreens on the normal day, this day was not one of them. ?♀️it was 1146 pm and I had just left the ER for an allergic reaction to metal, and was told to go to Walgreens,(they gave me the address to the right one that has the pharmacy open 24 hrs) ha! I’m tired and hurt so bad I just want to get my stuff filled so I can go home… think this is going to happen? No… I go through the drive through…. Nothing … all closed up. So now I park and walk into the store( a person at the register cashing out someone, never said a word to me when I came in or out) I walked the best I could to the back of the store, ha just my stinking luck! They are all closed down inside too. So the building might be open 24 hrs but you will be upset and very disappointed if you want to go here to fill your script and it’s after hours for most places. I was flustered, CVS Saved the day… this time around ?♀️?♀️

I caution you to be very careful if you are using 1228 Battlefield Parkway’s Pharmacy. I received someone else’s prescription on Monday 12/13/21. Both me and my child have been sick running a fever over the last week, I was so sick neither me nor my husband looked closely at the prescription. I took two doses of A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE that WASN’T meant for me, I was completely knocked out without memory of my night. Slept through 6 alarm and had a full conversation with my husband that I have ZERO memory of. I also cared for my child without knowledge I had taken someone else’s prescription. I am a breastfeeding mother, this not only effected me but my 5 month old child. I can’t feed him any of my milk for up to 24 hours and I work hard to provide milk for him!! I didn’t realize until the next day I had the wrong persons prescription. When I called to report, I of course got the I am so sorry this shouldn’t have happened but it is inexcusable. It’s per negligence, they didn’t verify the information. I realize mistakes happen but this should be a VERY controlled environment, me and my child should be able to get the CORRECT prescription without having to double check after the pharmacy especially when we have both been sick over the last week running fevers! I am so so upset that not only myself but my child was in danger because the pharmacy was “too busy” to give us the correct prescription.

This is without a doubt the worst Walgreens ever. The customer service I received here was abysmal to say the least. Could be run better by robots. Me and my wife(pregnant) both came down with COVID so we figured we would go get cough medicine from their curbside pickup service. Turns out cough medicine requires an ID check. The manager refused to accommodate to us by coming to our vehicle to see our ID through the window or help us in any way. I understand not wanting COVID but we could have found a safe way to do this. After arguing, she refused to let us come through the drive through to pick it up, still wanting us to come in. She wanted us to come in knowing we had COVID. She finally let us go through the drive through which of course had about 5 cars already there. All for some cough medication. If it was up to her I guess people with COVID just need to have no access to medication or just come in and spread it to everyone else. Pathetic management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Someone else’s meds in my bag, medicines phoned in and NOT filled 3 months in a row. I had to wait till Monday morning, go back to the doctor and the doctor call them! Then they managed to find the 7 day old script. Third shift pharmacy is awful if you are Unfortunate enough for the woman to be working. My 16 prescription refills will be phoned in to CVS in the morning. Tired of the unprofessionalism at Walgreens.

Disorganized operation back here. Dropped a prescription through the tube and waited a LITERAL 5 MINUTES. Figured they had what they needed. Proceeded to wait 25 minutes outside and came in the check. These jokers never even got it rolling. Sad when you can't handle the level of traffic in the store.

Love the 24-hour availability feature. Most everyone is nice! Quick prescription fills, especially if you tell them you need something quickly.

Horrible service in the pharmacy. Told me 45 min for a prescription, ended up being more than an hour. Asked why they gave me the wrong wait time only to be told that I could have my prescriptions back and go somewhere else if I wanted. Will not go back

Photo department has my vote!!!! I didn't catch the name of the lady that helped us. I know she has worked at this location a long time. Anyway they had a huge Sale on wood prints and canvas art. I am blind - i struggle with knowing that i lined things up, that they aren't blurry etc. Long story short- super kind ready In 1 hour. Saved me some big bucks on holiday shopping for a couple friends. Yay!!!! I also found some cute templates for our Christmas cards this . Be back next week!
