Worst experience I’ve had with Walgreens and normally they are seamless. The Old Decrepit pharmacist with the goofy looking brown haired bowl cut. wanted to try to accuse me of not using the express pay ahead of time which I did and had the receipt of the transaction. Still didn’t take my word and tried raising his voice stating “you have no money on your debit card” which I showed him had PLENTY on it. after he had his senile moment he realized he wasn’t mentally capable of handling the situation and a young lady came to the window and took care of the transaction immediately stating I was right the whole time. This guy is the epitome of a moron and with his ignorant gaze and hunchback ya can’t miss the imbecile. Steer clear of this place.

Nice and quick, this was inside the store, I can't say the same for picking up prescription.

The pharmacy can very slow and it us a hit or miss on the tech you get some are very nice and other need a lesson in customer service...the store over all is clean, organized and seems to be well stocked.

They're always so sweet here. The pharmacists and everyone in the back are great, and they can really get that line moving! Going inside, you are immediately greated and welcomed. They have everything in order and nicely stocked where you can find ŕ you need. All in all a really great Walgreens! Can't even complain =)

Terrible customer service. Drive thru pickup line is ALWAYS backed up and slow moving. Pharmacists and staff are rude. Avoid this location!

Absolutely the worse drive thru I have ever been to in my life. We changed to this pharmacy after the Rossville CVS closed and it's been an awful experience.

If you have anything else planned cancel it, you are going to be waiting forever for just basic service. Everytime I have to call in a prescription I wait a minimal 45mins with 2 callers in front of me.

I haven't been to my Walgreens in a while. They use to be really nice but managers left and the place was taken over by rude female managers. They follow u around store and gawk at you. Smh

Nice workers but horrible service. Haven’t came here in the last year without waiting for over 20 minutes. Half the time they don’t even have the meds you need.
