The organic section looked like trash. Addendum: I couldn't find but a few organic products and the gluten free products were lacking. I couldn't find the dried peppers they used to carry either. Also, they have quit carrying Vanicream face wash. No potatoes at over $6 a bag for me!

Called on a Thursday afternoon and told the lady on the phone that I have a Dodge dually I wanted to get 4 tires mounted and balanced and i wanted to make an appointment. I was told I have to go online and make an appointment. Went online, put in the make and model of my truck and made an appointment for 7:00 Sunday morning. Got to the appointment and and older guy with a long beard comes out and says "we don't do dually's, our machine can't handle them"
Which machine? Your tire machine won't handle a 17 inch tire or are you too lazy to grab a floor jack and jack up 1 side at a time? Truly pathetic excuse for a "tire center"!

Went to their money store online says hrs are 6am til 11 pm 3 people standing there laughing cutting up ask me can I help you? I said I had money thansfer she said we're closed close at 8 I said ok but your hrs say different online then she got rude n told don't care what it says close at 8 I said you should update your hours then she gave me an evil look and said we close at 8:00 like I told you and said come back tomorrow hatefully and stormed off complaining I would give nothing more than somebody else put them out of business and everyone inside lose their job this is the world we live in when you put nothing but kids in there to work this is why it's called Wally world and Walmart's new slogan is Walmart the inconvenient place to shop

Got cashiers looking g over your shoulder to make sure you ring up your items and if you need something they are on there phones and are extremely rude when they have to stop and help you.

It's so depressing to walk the aisles and see other poor fools like me resenting the price tags on staple foods we could afford just a few years ago. This is where the victims of late-stage post-industrial capitalism and greed go to slow the rate at which they die of the poverty most of us are forced into through no wrongdoing of our own.

I bought a microwave on 6-25 and was dissatisfied because it had inadequate power at 700 watts. The problem was that I didn't have my receipt or the box it came in. I was impressed with customer service looking up my purchase by my credit card and date of purchase. They allowed me to return it and buy a more powerful microphone.

i know walmart online pick up is pretty bad & ran by CHILDREN (even the leads & managers) but this has definitely been the worse experience ive had with a walmart pickup. before i start i want to say i purchased a pool INSTORE not long ago & the lady i was assisted by told me in her own words “if you would have ordered it online, they would have marked it out of stock because it is heavy and they are lazy” … keeping that in mind i placed an order june 4th at 4:30pm while working my 4th 12 hr shift in a row and placed it to be picked up at 7pm. at 5:30 i received a notification that my playstation controller (a controller that i verified was in stock because of low availability) was out of stock. mind you i used a capital one credit card so, yes that original order total (102.00, only 20$ of it was food) has already been taken off my card. i call walmart and ask if they could substitute because i thought i requested a substitute with a different color and was told NO because my order WAS ALREADY PACKED AND READY. (my order was not marked ready for pickup until 7:01) so keeping what the employee told me in mind about the pool and the verification i had that the product was in stock i arrived to pick up my order a little early and headed inside. upon reaching the video game section, i find 3 of the controllers i ordered IN STOCK. so i asked for a manager. the young lady whom i spoke with first, works electonics & had been on shift since early morning and no one had asked her to unlock the controller case nor asked about its availability. therefore another sad lazy case of children not wanting to do there job and just marked my 80$ item out of stock. conflicted with what to do because the money is already off my card i insisted to speak with a manager. after waiting 15 mins i finally got to speak with a team lead/MIT & as sweet as she was, she was not helpful. apparently they marked my order ready to go on our walk from electronics to the front & they can no longer adjust the order. getting even more irritated, i asked why they could not just give me the controller & i was told that i could not get it because its not paid for yet. thats when i started loosing my cool. i showed 3 walmart employees where my credit card has been charged 102$ and the order total on my walmart app is still the same. thats when they raised there eyebrows and went to get the manager. AND GUESS WHAT, SHE JUST WALKED OUT THE DOOR. so moral of the story i left with no controller, out 80$ for 10-30 business days & never spoke with a manager, just customer support.
please do not purchase expensive items at walmart online if you can help it. they are lazy, will mark your expensive item out of stock, and leave you out your money.

Walmart’s are pretty typical. Nothing outstanding but nothing terrible either. Just kind of busy and crowded like you would expect.
