My grandma and I had traveled a few hours to this branch since it was the closest one to where we live. We came to close out an account. Melissa had a condescending and rude attitude the whole time she helped us. It was not a pleasant experience at all trying to get help here.

My Husband mother passed away and she bank here. He talked to someone over phone Saturday and told him he needs just come in bring the death certificate. He was able get few hours off today and go to this branch. The lady that meet with him at 9:30 said you needed make appointment they have few appointment already at 10am. Very rude to him. Once he met with someone they said could not help him he has to go to probate court. We wish the lady on phone should have told him all this but once he got at that branch maybe little professional and kindness would had go long way. If you bank with them at the branch go across street and change over to TN Valley Credit Union. He went over there where they share Joint account was very professional and Kind and was able close that count down. Walls Fargo was not joint account but they should do a lot better then they did today.

Teller was very unprofessional. Treated me rudely and would not cash a check from another Wells Fargo account without calling the account holder to verify that I didn't counterfeit the check. Then he did not count out the cash to me until I asked him to and tried to make me feel stupid for asking him to count the cash because it was somehow a security risk to me. When he finally did count it out, he had the bills facing all different directions and didn't even stack it back up and hand it to me when he was done. It was a mess of bills on the counter. This bank is rude and doesn't trust you.

I opened my account in 2011and I was given a SECURED credit card in 2015. They finally upgraded me to an actual credit card in 2019 ($300 credit limit). They closed my bank in Ringgold which was about 2 miles from my house, forcing me to drive 20-30 minutes away (depending on traffic) to the nearest bank in Fort Oglethorpe. I stayed with Wells Fargo anyway because I had the account for so long. I must say, it has really been a hassle dealing with them all of this time and I chose to stick with them anyway. Until today, that is. When I was given my credit card my credit score was bad at 520. My score is now almost 700. I applied for a balance transfer card and was DENIED! I have cards with Paypal and Amazon with $6k credit limits but Wells Fargo thinks I am still not very credit worthy. I called them and explained my concerns and the only thing I was told is, "I'm sorry you feel that way.". Well, after my next paycheck is deposited, I am closing my account and cutting up this piddly $300 credit card. If Wells Fargo doesn't appreciate me for sticking with them when they are nothing but an inconvenience to me, I am finished with them. There are other banks out there LOCAL BANKS that I am sure will appreciate my loyalty and creditworthiness.

Everyone here is always so helpful. They're informative and kind and explain everything thoroughly if needed. Ashley helped me the other day and she is so sweet and it was a joy talking with her. Kindness goes a long way!

they have more people doing appointments then at the front, there’s a line almost out the door. there’s one person up here. and i had to drive over an hour to get here.

I had an 11am meeting, with a financial advisor, and had waited almost 10 minutes before I was told that the advisor would be with me in a minute. I waited another 10 minutes, and asked someone when the advisor would see me. The young man that I asked was Ivan. He told me that he didn’t know where my advisor was at the time, but that he would help me. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was there to open up a CD, and he also advised me to talk to a financial advisor that worked in that particular branch. He said I didn’t have to, but the financial advisor could answer questions and give me good advice, on some questions that I also had concerning my investments with another company.I spoke with Cory, the financial advisor at the Wells Fargo branch. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind and friendly. He explained things to me that I had never understood about my investments, and about getting CDs. He did not try to take business away from the investment firm that I am presently at. He was doing his job and giving me great advice.. I left Wells Fargo feeling much better about the decisions I was making concerning CDs and about my investments. I have Ivan, and Corey, , from the Wells Fargo branch in Fort Oglethorpe to thank for all the great advice. They were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I’m very thankful to them. Wells Fargo has two great employees in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.

Funny how you can get a hold of them once but the next time you try, and probably 5 times after that. They don’t answer ever again. So good luck getting a hold of them on the phone
