I had an 11am meeting, with a financial advisor, and had waited almost 10 minutes before I was told that the advisor would be with me in a minute. I waited another 10 minutes, and asked someone when the advisor would see me. The young man that I asked was Ivan. He told me that he didn’t know where my advisor was at the time, but that he would help me. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I was there to open up a CD, and he also advised me to talk to a financial advisor that worked in that particular branch. He said I didn’t have to, but the financial advisor could answer questions and give me good advice, on some questions that I also had concerning my investments with another company.I spoke with Cory, the financial advisor at the Wells Fargo branch. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind and friendly. He explained things to me that I had never understood about my investments, and about getting CDs. He did not try to take business away from the investment firm that I am presently at. He was doing his job and giving me great advice.. I left Wells Fargo feeling much better about the decisions I was making concerning CDs and about my investments. I have Ivan, and Corey, , from the Wells Fargo branch in Fort Oglethorpe to thank for all the great advice. They were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and I’m very thankful to them. Wells Fargo has two great employees in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia.

Funny how you can get a hold of them once but the next time you try, and probably 5 times after that. They don’t answer ever again. So good luck getting a hold of them on the phone

I’ve been using Wells Fargo for a while now. And, will probably continue to use them. But, I’ll never call the fortO location ever again. Idk about every staff member. But , the lady I spoke to today was very rude. She actually hung up on me? I wish I knew her name I’d add it. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever been in. No one ever answers their phone. You sit for hours waiting on someone to help you when they are just talking amount themselves. If my husband hadn’t been here for years we would change banks. Something needs to be done. Asap.

Banker Jamie Huggins is very rude and unprofessional! The worst banking experience I've ever had! My family waited for over two hours and still did not receive service. Banker Jamie Huggins finished with a customer 30 minutes before closing and just said it was too close to closing so we needed to make an appointment to come back. We explained it was our 3rd time coming and we live an hour away from the bank. She still refuses to help, got very angry, threatened to call the police and close our accounts. She also called us names and showed inappropriate finger to my family. We've been with Wells Fargo for 15 years, never been treated this poor.

Unable to reach anyone by phone. Way too many negative reviews and the problems with communications and getting help here continue. Do not waste your time calling this branch. I received a response after I left this review asking me to contact them... How about YOU and your team contact the branch to see what the problem is? You can clearly see from the sheer amount of negative reviews about this branch that THERE IS A PROBLEM!!! Don't give me an extra job to do. Instead, focus on fixing the problem.

Opened an account here online thru a bonus link. 2 weeks later I received a letter stating that they were cancelling my account due to verification, no other information. Tried to call customer service and they were no help, went into the branch, waited over an hour and was told they were closing and couldn't speak to me that day and I would have to come back. I just said forget it and was going to get an account else ware. A few weeks later, I got a call from a lady saying I could keep my account open and to call her back, so I did. Fast forward to now, 3 months later..called customer service (it is impossible to contact anyone at the branch) to see why I hadn't heard about my bonus...they state that I never signed up thru the bonus link, which I did..heck it was the only reason I picked that bank in the first place. They put in a ticket for research, and the claim was denied, so I will not be getting the $300 account open bonus...what a crock! Not happy with this bank at all. Will be closing and opening somewhere else.

I visited the Bank today. The Manager personally came up to us and ensured our appointment with the personal banker was done promptly. Our Personal banker Ivan Capistran was very professional and helpful.We were treated with respect and courtesy by all the staff in the Bank.

The worst banking experience I have ever had. Waited for an hour and 40 minutes and still did not receive service. The banker had a 20 minute window between appointments to help me but chose not to. Another banker finished with a customer 20 minutes before closing and did not even take the time to see what we needed just said it was to close to closing so we needed to make an appointment. Ridiculous.

Was going to make an appointment to open a business account...Automated phone system is insultingly a waste of time. To ring for a branch employee was even worse...rang forever, not a bank I can trust so we are moving on. BEWARE

Worse bank branch for bank related issue… waiting time is awful… suggest if online service over branch service…. Very slow staff … taking time intentionally seems like they just want to kill time…

I stopped by twice within the same week for a cashiers check and to get a paper notarized. Charlie Bono notarized my paperwork and has me in and out within minutes. The tellers were courteous and prompt each time I went in. As a customer I appreciated their efficiency.
