“I REALLY LOVE THIS HNR BLOCK!. Corina is the BEST! For the last couple years HNR block by the Dollar tree kept telling my husband and I we didn't have to claim something on our taxes. We believed them and continued on our way. Well come to find out we DID! so I went back to the same HNR block and they told us the same thing. I then went to the HNR Block here and was met by MS. Corina (Cori for short) and she immediately sat down with explained everything that needed to be done and the papers we would need to amend our taxes that were done wrong. I followed her directions gave her everything she needed and she was able to amend our taxes. Now get this she also did it FREE OF CHARGE!! since it was HNR block that was telling us the wrong thing! I love that she stuck with the code of ethics that HNR block is supposed to uphold. The other HNR block did not do that. They made us pay for something that we felt like was their fault. We just finished meeting with Cori for our 2025 return. I never really trusted leaving our tax information and coming back. I always felt like I had to watch the preparer to make sure they were putting in the right numbers. But not with Cori. She is very professional on every level. very patient, sometimes we needed things explained a few times ti understand but she was willing to take the time I recommend Cori to anyone seeking for a good tax preparer.
