TJ is a very helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable employee and I would 100% recommend their service. Thoroughly explained everything as well when it came to price and warranties.

The employee at the register stood there for a minute looking confused on payment method (even though it was obvious that I had cash on hand, which I did pay remaining balance on card). However, he didn't seem like he wanted to deal with me (really seemed like he was miserable to be at work today), but I wouldn't recommend going to this location of Gamestop if you don't want to receive bad customer experience.

GameStop all together is an ok store, overly priced. Don't trade or sale anything you have game or console wise you definitely get ripped off. You pay a high price for the item then sell it back you get only a few dollars for it only for them to resale it for the same price you paid for.

Can't even price match from their website. Be weary of what you buy in store cause the price online may be different. Ended up saving over $50 going through the online store cause they wouldn't price match their website. It is Pro week but that shouldn't matter.

Phenomenal customer service!! I had no idea how to fix the issue my ps4 was giving me and one of the female workers there (didn’t catch her name) was so helpful and explained everything throughly. Thank you guys so much!!

I have been to this store a few times. I normally get helped by TJ who is a very Amazing worker and is always ready to help me figure out what I want to do with my switch and gaming systems. David TJ are very knowledgeable about everything in the Shop. I called the store and talked to their Supervisor and told him how great they are and he seemed really happy. This store is Amazing and I am so glad it is on Fort Stewart

Been a GameStop member for years today went to exchange my PS4 controller which I had to warranty for and was given a hard time about exchanging had to go to another location for the exchange iwill not be returning to this location ever again will stay with the one in hinesville where I don't have to worry about be giving a hard time
