“This is the best gym I've ever been in!! The staff is absolutely amazing!! Especially the lifeguards!! We do water aerobics and they are so helpful and Always ready to inform or assist!! Absolutely amazing experience!!”
“Has a good variety of cardio and weight lifting equipment. A good sized pool, sauna and showers. I hear they have a parent room where you can workout with kids but I haven’t seen it. Good sized place- my happy place.”

“Main room up front is very big, spacious, and well ventilated with plenty of equipment and space for many people to conduct CrossFit and Big 3 lifts. Back rooms are cramped, hot, and extremely humid. 24hr access is awesome and should be implemented army-wide.”
