They have a cardio room, free weights area, a machine weight area, basketball court, and àn area for group excercise. “Clean gym with friendly staff. TONS of upper body machines as well as free weights and loaded bars. There were a few leg machines (seated ham curl being one of them) that I couldn't seem to spot. Maybe they have one and I'm just not aware of what theirs looks like.Also a wide selection of cardio equipment and an indoor pool!”

“Is ok . Only 24 hours gym on post. Mostly functional fitness equipment. It opens choices to creative workouts. It has a room with free weights and some machines and two rooms of cardio machines. Overall, it a good workout place, very quiet.”
