I've had two experiences here. The first time they threw some pills at me and told me to go away. The second time, optometry waited until my appointment time and refused to see me, because they're evidently not required to provide an eye exam.

I have needed medical treatment for months and have not been able to make an appointment. The woman on the appointment line repeats “I have no appointments for this provider at this time” and becomes rude and agitated when I ask what that means or when one is available.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Rude staff. Felt I wasn’t being listened to because of my rank, and rude comments were made so I switched my PCM. Coincidentally, my health records were “lost” with the system change- and this new PCM is no help either. She said she needed documentation to extend my profile. So I have a letter from a specialist to not take me off my profile at this time and now I get no response from anyone. They don’t take the time to listen to what the soldier is going through and they act like I’m lying. I was assigned a case manager at hawks and they don’t even answer. Next step is Ice complaint.

this place is awful. the quality of care you get is extremely substandard. when going to sick call they schedule you for an appointment weeks from the injury then the facility cancels thus giving no care at all.

Horrible and I will be going off post from now on for my daughter prescriptions bc every time I’ve come here they never have her script ready or they loose it and they never call me for her ipledge number and this is the 5th time in a row that this has happened so I’d rather pay the extra money and go off post and have less of a hassle and yes I will be filing a ice complaint too

Usually kind of busy but you can get in and out quickly. The pharmacy is pretty fast too. You just got to make sure you get there early in the morning.

Terrible customer service. Not eager to help , but terribly eager to turn you away. Civilians here have no customer service skill. I get that we are in a military installation but we are still patients and should receive proper customer service & care. Ridiculous. Fix your f...in attitudes.

PSA: PLEASE FILE ICE COMPLAINTS, GO TO PATIENT ADVOCACY, SPEAK TO THE SECTIONS SUPERVISOR BUT I SAY AGAIN FILE ICE COMPLAINTS IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE. Those who aren't familiar with ICE comments, ICE is a service that wants your feedback on the services provided by the DoD. It doesn't just have to be the hospital. It can be the TMC's, bowling alleys, etc.Your voice needs to be heard. If you'd like to file anonymously you can do that as well. You can go online for Fort Stewart Ice complaint or you can complete a ice comment from one of the ice papers you see in these facilities. Please do not hesitate. Some people think it's pointless to complete the ice comments “ no one is going to read them†trust me they do.
