Old building partially renovated, but in very poor condition. Charges are very, very high for the poor quality. IHG contact needs to go away. Cost is too high and nothing significant offered to service members in return.

Small rooms, odd room layout, lacking amenities, nowhere near as nice as other IHG hotels I’ve stayed over the United States. Room was clean

My husband and I had a decent experience here. We stayed for about five days.Pros:-There's a mini kitchenette.-There's wi-fi.-There is a laundry room.-The workers were very nice and polite, even asking about our day while in passing.-Pet-friendly.-Free breakfast. Actually tasted a lot better than most hotels I've stayed at. They also have a nice selection of foods to choose from.-It's very close to the commissary.-There's a playground for children to play at.-Plenty of parking space.Cons:-From what I've noticed when walking my dog, there are *a lot* of stray cats in the area.-The shower curtains do not keep the shower water in the tub. Will need to lay towels down outside of the tub to soak it up.-There are some minor appearance flaws that make it look a little more run down.I do hope to stay there again whenever we get to come back.

Nice hotel in old military barracks. Good place to stay if you're visiting the area.

My room was clean. Wasn't extra nice nor was it shabby. Upon attempting to check in, the system was down. We waited about 20 minutes until we decided to leave due to them not having the capability &/or knowledge to go analog. Came back hours later and got checked in. They offered breakfast which wasn't bad at all. However upon checking out for 11am, I don't know how to take this but they called 2 of my relatives both staying in different rooms at mins before 11am and mins after 11am to remind them it's check-out time.Took forever to get checked in but called people to make sure they were checking out. Also, leaving the base and returning back I was encountered with different scenarios for each guard. I won't go into details on how each occasion went because I'm not sure who was following protocol but every guard handled the gate differently.I will never stay there again.

My bathroom needs a makeover. The rates are reasonable, though. Free dinner every Wednesday on top of free breakfast. Just a few touch up here and there.

Despite being a converted barracks, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is decent but free. Definitely the best Army IHG hotel I've stayed at.

The room is pretty spacious, two full beds are comfy enough but the bathroom quite small and the fan is so loud.... Also there's no silverware, pots, plates, etc. Definitely need some updating.

Room was very clean. The location is also perfect. No loud traffic noises. The walls aren’t paper thin.It is a little dated. But they are more updated than other military hotels I’ve been too.The breakfast is delicious, fresh, and hot.And the lady at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful.Would stay here again and will be recommending to my family when they come to visit.

Great place to stay close to my Soldier, right on base. Our room provided bedding for 6 a bathroom and mini kitchen with stove. We didn't get to go to breakfast, but your stay also includes that. The manager Gina remained readily available and was very welcoming. Army families this place works! ???
