The location is less than 2 miles from the University in the town. The facility is filthy. It’s has mouse droppings, mold, broken pieces on the air conditioner, refrigerator, sink, and has filthy beds, chairs, broken lampshades, and roaches. They front desk will provide roach spray for your convenience.Rooms: Filthy, repulsive rooms with mouse droppings under the bed linen and roaches.Nearby activities: Fort Valley State University is 1.5 miles away.Safety: There are notes about sex trafficking all over the front desk glass wall. Kitchen for breakfast is filthy and unusable, it needs to be shut down, fixed, and reopened.Walkability: There is a Burger King and McDonalds nearby.

We checked in and checked out after seeing our room. The location doesn’t feel safe. The check in is plastered with plexiglass and warnings of child trafficking. The door to the room was chipping paint and roaches could easily crawl under the door which failed to seal completely. The air conditioner was an experiment in dust collection and mold. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like a Petri dish.I’m not sure if the chairs were requisitioned from a crime scene cleanup company, but they sure looked like it.The breakfast was not going to be served due to “remodeling”. I didn’t see the remodeling. Hopefully it’s soon.If you’re looking for a place that you could post a negative review about, you’ve found it.

Was attending a wedding in Ft Valley and thought this would be good for the event ending late at night.Filthy motel. No additional details necessary. Use something off I-75 instead.Safety: I would not consider this area or site safe.

I just stayed here over this past weekend. I had an event in Reynolds. The staff was stale but, helpful I must say. Price was reasonable. The room was surprisingly clean. I was happy about that. My son and I stayed overnight. It's a good place for overnight I thought. I had a cigarette burn in my cover. Nothing too major. The parking lot seemed a little sketchy overall it worked out . I'll stay here again when I'm in town.

The room was in bad need of repairs. There was water damage on the ceiling, the dead bolt was broken off, a hole was patched on the door inside. There was grime build-up around the bathroom baseboards. It's an affordable place to stay, and I know it's hard to get staff with Covid, but it didn't seem crowded. At least give people a room that is is decently maintained.

Total dump. Filthy. Smelled like urine. Live flies on the bed. Planned to use the internet and stay overnight. Asked for a 2nd room. Also dirty, and felt like a scene from a nightmare movie. Used the internet for my meeting. Used my winter coat to sit on the chair. Everything looked and felt dirty. Would not have possibly stayed overnight here. Immediately after using the internet I got in my car to take the several hours ride home. I was exhausted but would rather, if necessary, pull over at a well lit large rest stop and sleep. Whyndam Hotels should be embrassed and ashamed to have this foul smelling dump in their Whyndam group.Rooms: Filthy, dark and dingy.Safety: Did not feel safe. The doors on 2 different rooms stayed open unless specifically slammed shut.

Worst stay ever!! Room stunk like smoke and mildew, light switches didn’t work, smoke detector removed and lying on the floor. Stains on the comforter, dirty bathroom floor and no hot water in the shower….we let it run for 15 min and still no hot water. We slept 5 hours and left quickly.

I was only here for all of 15 minutes and we saw 3 roaches in our room. We immediately packed up to leave and the man at the desk argued with me about giving me a refund. So gross. We drove twenty minutes down the road and stayed at a much nicer (and cheaper!) place in Perry. They had multiple “no pets” signs posted, but I guess that didn’t apply to their pet roaches ?

Not bad for the price if you need a place over night, if you’re staying extended they don’t make the beds but instead just pull the covers / sheet back over the bed and always turn the air off. Other than that no complaints. I would stay again

This place was filthy. Sticky door and wall. Changed rooms and used a Clorox wipe to clean touch surfaces in the 2nd one. Lysol sprayed the rest. NON SMOKING ROOM reeked of smoke. Ceiling falling down, pool nasty.

Horrable, Don't come here.Oh we haven't open the pool yet. (June) what are the hours for breakfast? We don't do that. I want to change rooms. The ceiling is falling, couldn't call you the phone doesn't work. New room, both chairs have stains, so does one bedspread.I am looking to see if there is a hotel near us to move to.

We rented a room here to be somewhat close to Reynolds, Ga. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, the bed spread was stained, the pool was nasty! While in Reynolds at the races, we decided we would rather make the long trip home than to go back to the hotel room! The next morning, we had to drive all the way back there to retrieve items I left in the room when we checked in. We basically just donated money and wasted time to this hotel. I would never recommend to anyone!

The room was unacceptable in every way. Dirty, noisy, defective fixtures. Sticky counters. Lamp falling off wall, shower controls falling off, shower curtain rod falling off. Tub stopped up, not draining. Microwave noxious odor. Sheets threadbare. TV was bolted down, unable to be shifted or swiveled, no comfortable viewing position. Wi-Fi was described and password given to me, but it was not in evidence. Unpleasant “view” of warehouse and railroad. On MY STAY, neighbors had visitors all through the night. No interest in my concerns. Website contact form was initially responsive but then went silent. Now ignoring repeated pleas and emails. THIS LOCATION is a real dump, but the failure to communicate now destroys my faith in the brand.
