-100/10 the staff are rude asf they tell you they are going to do one thing and then do the total opposite. My 4 yr old son had an allergic reaction to the flavoring and the pharmacist Jonathon played it off like he didn’t care.

My first experience with these lovely people was when I was on hospice. The had and delivered all of my medicines promptly and charged me very little if at all. They did this for well over a year. They still treat me just as well now that I’m off hospice and taking care of things myself. I count them as part of the team of miracle workers that saved my life. We are so lucky to have them.

There is deep disappointment regarding the repeated failure of Five Points Pharmacy to open on time. The inconsistent opening hours have become a significant inconvenience and source of frustration for me as a loyal customer.
On multiple occasions, I have arrived at the pharmacy during the advertised opening hours only to find the doors locked and no staff present. The pharmacist Jonathan offered no apology and simply walked away when I suggested he provide notice when he’s running late. This not only disrupts my schedule but also creates unnecessary stress. It is concerning that the frequency of this issue suggests a lack of proper management and planning.
As a customer, I rely on the pharmacy for essential medications and healthcare products. The inconsistent opening hours impacts the trust and confidence I have in Five Point’s ability to meet my healthcare needs.
I’m hopeful immediate measures will be taken to address this issue and ensure that the pharmacy consistently opens on time as advertised. Improved communication regarding any unforeseen delays or changes in opening hours would also be greatly appreciated.

Great group of people work there. The new site serves them well for work well-done.They always have my meds in stock. Can't say the same for the businesses in Macon. And that is why I drive from Macon to Ft Valley each month. It's worth not having problems.AGAIN: DOWN HOME PEOPLE!!!!!! BEST!!
