Not sure. Phone customer service was not that accomodating and they stay busy. This shop is certainly qualified for auto body as they handle salvage title recertifications. They dont need to advertise, word of mouth is how i found them. Im not in a salvage title rebuild situation yet, but I fear State Farm might put me in it as they dont pay out much on older vehile repairs, but thats another story. Good luck!

Great service from great people. I came here for an inspection on my vehicle; and although the inspection results weren’t the greatest, the people working there are. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic you can trust, this is the place.

Had inspection done on my 2013 civic with rebuild title after moving from out of state. First time failed due to rusted out bumper rebar, replaced and reinspected with a passing grade on the second go. Staff is friendly, respectful, quick in and out both times with no bs. Would definitely recommend.
Side note, yard dog is super chill too.

Great place to get salvage inspection done. They assisted with all the necessary paperwork and inspection didn't take long. They also have a lot of very nice used trucks for sale on the lot.

I was referred to McCloud’s Auto on Lakeview Rd. by I-75 by whom I thought was a friend?
The insurance had me car for a good month, an I had gone in a talked to them a left my number if there was any problems. I was suppose to get my car back on Friday a never heard from no one over the weekend come Monday , Tuesday nothing. I heard from the car rental place telling me the insurance had quit paying on the rental on Wednesday the week before ????? It was not suppose to be done til Friday. So they were fixing to charge me almost $300.00. I was a few choice mad words , come to find out McCloud claims he called me but I had no call, he had told whom I thought was my friend which was not in the agreement to call him at all to tell him nothing , I was to be called upon completion, not whom I thought was my friend. So I go pick up my car an I NEVER IN MY LIFE thought I had to micro check every thing cause I though I could believe that McCloud was a good auto body person? Fooled the you know what outa me. When I went an got it they had it parked so the side they fixed was on the darker side so I never saw what I saw two days later, I was very upset, they did a very poor job of blending the paint, I have issues with my seat belt bell going off while I’m driving “never happened before “ an they used the tire pressure sensor cause it was scraped up in the wreck and they used what it appears to be reused my rim from the wreck that they had sanded it down an TRIED TO PAINT IT WHICH WAS A POOR JOB cause it has scratches all over it! Paint is peeling off bad when I called it took two or three days for McCloud to call back an when I talked to him this is what he said “ I thought you checked it over when you picked it up, I said I was not happy I told him I did not know i had to micro check it, he said hold on, came back an said I’ll give you what your rim replacement was how about that” cause he said I want to put this puppy to bed” He is very was demanding to me an very rude. If you want to be made to feel like it was done for the money not the pride I was told he did work for then I guess he’s your man. But for me it was the worst experience I’ve had of someone thinking he could talk down to me an it was a very horrible experience. Would never recommend him his staff nothing about them was polite. I’ve turned it over to my lawyer. I would not even give one star but it won’t let you post anything unless you do at least one so take it for what it’s worth.

These are the nicest people. They got my 2017 Lincoln in the day after I called for an out of state inspection. Very professional and super nice. They have a cool dog there named Bear. Tell him I said hey if you see him.
