I don’t know wsp with that lady (wears glasses) at the front who gets the labels out but she needs to have a better attitude and act right . Bad service each time she attends me .on the other hand, the guy and other lady attend me well with great service .

This is the worst post office I have ever had to use. Constantly delivering stuff to the wrong house, never putting mail in the correct mailbox, losing packages left and right and taking zero accountability, marking packages as they must be picked up at the post office with no reason as to why they changed it from delivery. And they never answer the phone.

I leave in Byron but Fort Valley is my post office. Why are they placing packages at the garage door? And why in the rain? I have a new carrier some guy who doesn't care about his job!

The level of package delivery varies from our route driver so wildly that I'm looking for the camera hidden in the bushes. Several reports to the Ft. Valley Post Master with no improvement.

Ordered about $300 worth of equipment off of amazon. This is the post office for my area so it comes through here. Office declares it delivered when they never even showed up today. I went up to the office personally and they claimed they "knew where it was the whole time" and would bring it to me. They never did. I don't know what else I expected from Fort Valley tbh.

I submitted a claim this morning due to my package delivery details saying they were received and i hadnt gotten them. It took the supervisor less than 8 hours to get back to me and let me know what happened. Awesome customer service from mrs. tonya! Our delivery drivers work extra hard this time of year and mistakes happen. Thank you to the supervisors staying on top of issues!

Go ahead, call. I dare you. They will hang up on you. They must be really busy! ? Just trying to find out why my package was sent (and kept there) when I live 50 miles away! Seriously, The USPS has run it's course, just put it down, let the professionals do it.

This is the third time my bills been late getting to the destination...and I was responsible for the late fees...now I have another email telling me the payment hasn't arrived and I put it in the mail box on 02/03/23... really unsatisfied and hurt. I can't continue these late fees, this company only except checks.

Very displeased with the way things are being handled my mail did not arrive it should have been here 3 weeks ago per informed delivery I am so upset as I really needed that piece of mail!
