“Convenient and helpful .... Except one girl (cashier). She wouldn't help her co worker get us propane. The helpful one had to run the register and go outside to get propane. The helpful one deserves a raise. The other one deserves a new job that she actually likes so she will be nice .”

“I enjoy just going there and browsing through the aisles. There's always a bargain to find or useful things. The only time aisles are cluttered is when they fill the shelves or have to stop in order to help at the register.”

“We come here a lot as it's on our way to my daughter's dance class from school and we're usually rushing and picking up something quick we forgot. The ladies working have always been super nice and the store is well stocked. It would be helpful to have a self check out or second cashier as it usually gets busy for the one cashier.”

“Kim, Manager at Dollar Tree in Phenix Plaza, Phenix City, AL, was extremely helpful when I went in to find butter cookies for our church Vacation Bible School. There were three packs on the shelf. When I asked about more, she went to the stockroom and pulled out two more cases for me! After checking out, she helped carry them to my car! Now, that is excellent customer service! “Store was clean but a bit disorganized, Isles go east to west and north to south in a compact size store making finding things a little tricky. Having helpful employees was a plus. They had some fantastic sales on toys so I got 2 nice birthday toys, 2 Birthday cards, tape and wrapping paper for under $40.00!”
