I don't live in Franklin Springs but I go to this post office because I like the people who work there. Always helpful if I have questions. I mail a lot of packages so I'm in there often and it's nice to like the people you deal with a lot. I always leave smiling.

Excellent customer service! Both Tommy and Donna are always willing to help provide the best service they can, and with a smile too! We love our small-town post office.
