I have been using Hall's Gas for 30 years. The employees are always courteous and professional. Their response time to any problem has been excellent.

We’ve been customers of Hall’s for many more years than I can remember. They use to be great and dependable. Not anymore!! Today is the 4th time that we are totally out of gas! Drivers use to come on a monthly basis and make sure all was good. Not anymore! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service will apologize and will send someone out in a day or two. This is no longer acceptable.

I have been dealing with halls gas for over 25 years and I think they are the best gas company in Georgia. The people are so nice to deal with.

If your looking for customer service at the counter then forget it. The woman that drives the F250 and is always there, needs to be on medication. She is the most rude person that's works and resides in all of Franklin. I would much rather have a run in with an IRS tax collector then to deal with her. They offer counter service, retail sales and tank refills but there is never anyone there that can help. She,so about as worthless as sandpaper in an outhouse.
