For a good almost year I have had no problem with the unit or customer service or price it was all amazing but now all of a sudden my card got charged 2 times back to back and when I called customer service yesterday I was told they would get management to get ahold of me and put it in my notes…. Well I called back today speaking to someone new about how I contacted someone yesterday to fix the situation and he noted that was not on file and not in my notes???? Did the lady from yesterday simply not care? Thankfully the guy this time actually put it down for management to get ahold of me. I have 2 recipes one on the 17th charging me then another time on the 21st! My due date is ONLY on the 21st of every month

Nobody's never at the office and if you Have a problem getting into Your unitGood luck getting in touch with someone who knows what's going on! Plus we had an agreement On closing my account And a certain amount of days to clean out my unit.They didn't stick to the agreement and locked my access code and got rid of my stuff and made a 100$ Transaction on a card I used Without my authorization And was told it will not be refunded..They just don't have everything together Plus I seenRoaches coming out ofStorage units doorsThey just don't have it together and definitely Do not do any kind of maintaining their property

Lakeside Storage is one of the few places left in Gainesville, GA that has not been bought by Midguard Storage and it is FAR BETTER on price and customer service. We were very pleased and I highly recommend using this company for your storage needs.

Was a great place until the "NEW MANAGEMENT", stop acting like the new management is a good thing that place was doing way better with the old management you knew people can't even give your customers who rent a storage facility there a call back I've left numerous messages and numerous times I've called with no return telephone calls. Also I have been down there after coming in from out of town to go to the stores facility and can't access the gate but do I get reimbursed for those days after paying $1,000 last month just to catch up? No! Crooks I say crooks thieves lies and cheats!!!!!!!
