This Aaron's has provided the best customer service, since the first time I needed a washer and dryer, I was young and moved out to live on my own. The proper items needed for my home are essential. I've had a lease to own, on several occasions, and recently I needed a mattress for my daughter, the representative via phone was able to help me by phone and offered delivery, payment setup, and a flexible option. He was well-knowledgeable and considerate of my needs. The delivery was on time, the delivery guys were respectful and on time. I believe customer service is everything and that business will have my business and support. I have recommended several of my friends. I have also purchased electrical devices, for personal or work-related.

So I got a little more online they said it would take two to three weeks before I get the lawn mower so the lady at the store told me to cancel the order and she can get me one at her location as I do so it takes 10 business days to get my money back when I need a lawn mower now if I knew that it was going to do that I would have never even bother to mess with Aaron and the approval takes way too long took 3 days from mine

Real friendly staff very helpful the only problem I’ve had I had issue with my tv and when the driver come picked it up can you make me feel like I missed it up the size that oh if your payment is declined they will call you within five minutes so besides that they are great I would recommend

Had a used washer and dryer set on display washed 3 loads threw it then stops half way through it smell wire and rubber burning got a tech out to fix the problem tech came out said it was unrepairable and that him his self personally went to the store after the first owner. Dropped it and damaged it and the tech told them it wasn't in working condition but still put it out on display anyway and pushed it out onto me very disappointed and corporate has been notified about the situation and waiting for regional manager to call about the situation

They have gone down hill so bad. I did an on line order on the 5th. Tgey withdrew 5$ on the 5th and another 5$ today AFTER THEY canceled it THEMSELVES, yesterday which was the 10th.
