You know they say when you do things wrong people always let you know but just know that when you do things right people also let you know I love your store I come in there at least once every two weeks and if I had more money I would come in there and probably almost everyday you have a good selection for not a huge store you have a little bit of everything you're what Lumber is always good here you always have the pieces to what I need a nut for your staff is friendly and knowledgeable every one of the guys and the women in their know exactly what they're talkin about and where to find it so you guys are neighborhood favor we love you Ace don't go anywhere.

Always very helpful team members. I had purchased some power tools from the Ace that closed down on Jesse Jewel Pkwy and this Ace was more than willing to step in and help out with my warranty stuff. Highly recommend

I ordered a nearly $100 part online that I needed for a job the next day that it said they had 2 of in stock. I had to pay with a company card for the product which I had to get from someone inside my organization that I don’t normally have readily available access to. I intended to stop by and get the part on my way home before they closed to prevent delays on my job the next day. My order was canceled within a few minutes of placing it online with no explanation as to why in the email I received. Stopped by a few hours later as I was driving home to see if they might have found the item if it was missing, perhaps accidentally canceled it, etc. I was told by the guy that he had canceled it because they only had one and it was installed on a display piece. He stated he would be happy to take it off if I wanted the part as it wasn’t an included part of the assembly it was on. I was’t happy it wasn’t new and in the box because who knows what it might have been through being on a display but, I needed it so I told him if he could rerun the card and do it now then that would be fine. He said I would have to get the card info again right now. I explained that’s why I ordered it online, to pay with the card I don’t have easy access to use. Then the truth came out- it was cancelled because they get zero credit for online sales so, they cancel them so people will come by and pay in store instead of ACE corporate. Completely wasted my time trying to get anything from here and left me in a bind for the next days job. Me and my family have shopped this location for years. It went south with the new owners in the last few years and I have slowed my shopping here some but, this was the final straw, I won’t be back.

Terrible customer service, everything is over priced which I understand paying for convenience but why pay for that when you're treated this way?
Today I had very little time and the trip to this store just messed up my afternoon!
To top it off they gave me a coupon for my next visit that could have been used today. What a joke. Next time I'll just go to else where!

The staff was very helpful, they were able to answer my questions for me. If I am ever in the area again I would be willing to shop there before going anywhere else.

This place has exceptional costumer service! Walk in the door and someone is ready to help find all the things I needed to get. The guy who helped me was very friendly and also got another guy to get the weed eater parts that I needed to fix my weed eater. They even have pool maintenance things which I didn’t expect. Way better than Home Depot or Lowe’s any day of the week.
