Awful experience. Bias towards specific color of people. Some of the management are cool. Security guard Kevin, at front desk isn’t afraid to hide his racialism.

I had a delivery here today and as sometimes happens broker gave me wrong appt.But they made it happen for me, they sent me to another warehouse and unloaded me anyway. I appreciate them so much for that. Y’all are great, everyone I came in contact with both warehouses were very polite.

Don’t come before your appointment. I checked in at 9:45. Now it’s 3:10 mp I’m still in the dock; I also missed another load. I Went office, and they don’t care about your issue. Recommend you don’t come here, guys, before your appointment time.

This place runs off incentive so the employees are rude and unfriendly. They only care about themselves and running over 100% for a few extra dollars. Management is a joke especially Adam, this guy thinks he knows everything and thinks he is the coolest guy at Ace. Being the coolest guy at Ace is equivalent to the bronze medalist in the special Olympics. If you are looking for a team friendly environment, this is not the place.

This place should be an example to other businesses as far as getting trucks in and out. The space can be a little tight but I had no issues...could be because it was Sunday evening around 7pm. Staff was super friendly. I was emptied out in about 45 minutes. I then parked out on the street ( its the dead end part). Would have given 10 stars if available. Thank you Ace Hardware in Gainesville Ga.
