“This is a GREAT apartment complex that provides excellent value for the money. The management staff (Leah and Sam) have been there for many years and are VERY good at their jobs (both deserve a raise in my opinion). I lived here for over 8 years and recently moved out when I bought a house. I wouldn't have stayed here so long if the place was unsatisfactory, I stayed for the value and how great management is. I highley recommend this apartment complex as a top option for anyone wanting to live in Gainesville GA!”
“I know some people who live here. Seen many property managers. The recent one and the lady in the office as well as maintenance do an outstanding job and care about the property. The is the first property manager who does the best about keeping residences informed with always handing out letters to the apartments even if it is something minor. I also helped with Trunk or Treat for Halloween.”

“I have lived here over a year and management has always gone above and beyond to make sure that my apartment is always taken care of. I love loving here because whenever there is a problem, it always fixed very quickly. Management has very lovely people. If you ever come to look at these apartments, ask for Catherine. She has been the best lease manager and is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!”

“I've been living here for a year and a half and love living at MAA Lake Lanier The office staff is friendly, the maintenance is responsive, and the occasional events are entertaining. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is due to a rare water issue that may or may not be a city water thing. I look forward to the result of an inquiry, and hope to be able to continue living here.”
