“I’ve really enjoyed my experience living at The Mill at New Holland! I’ve been here for over 6 months and so far it’s been good. I love how convenient the location is to shopping, restaurants, and everything else in Gainesville. The office staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance has also been responsive whenever I’ve submitted a request, which I really appreciate. The only unfortunate thing is when neighbors are not accountable for picking up after their pets which would improve this issue as it is not the office staff’s responsibility. Overall, I’ve had a great experience at the Mill and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live!”

“Our move in was easy and quick thanks to Kristopher and team. We love our unit. These apartments were built in 1989, and they have remained in great upkeep. Soundproofing between units is good! The fireplace being gas and wood is excellent. The dishwasher is a bonus! The neighbors have been friendly. Washer and dryer hookups in unit are a bonus, too. It's a ten minute walk to the downtown square, which is fantastic. Price is good and amenities are nice - the pool looks great!”

“This is a GREAT apartment complex that provides excellent value for the money. The management staff (Leah and Sam) have been there for many years and are VERY good at their jobs (both deserve a raise in my opinion). I lived here for over 8 years and recently moved out when I bought a house. I wouldn't have stayed here so long if the place was unsatisfactory, I stayed for the value and how great management is. I highley recommend this apartment complex as a top option for anyone wanting to live in Gainesville GA!”

I love loving here because whenever there is a problem, it always fixed very quickly. Management has very lovely people. If you ever come to look at these apartments, ask for Catherine. She has been the best lease manager and is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful!”
