Came in after my iPhone stopped working and needed to get a new phone and Ashton was excellent from the minute we walked in. Very professional and broke down everything line by line with us. Ashton is the man!

I entered the store and was never was acknowledged.
There were 3 employees, 2 helping customers and one who seemed to be the manager helping employee who seemed to be new. The store have very few phones on display, no iPhone 15’s which happen to be the one I was looking to purchase. After 30 plus minutes waiting the employee that the “manager” was assisting seemed to be in the last stages of processing a sale and the “manager” said he was already 1 hour past when he was leaving and headed out of the store.
10 minutes later I approached an employee and asked if I purchased a IPhone 15 how long would the process would take and was questioned if I was buying out right, upgrading ect. I told upgrading and was told it would take approximately 1 hour.
As it was past 7:30 pm and they close at 8:00 I said thanks but no-thanks and decided to leave the store.
Again I was never acknowledged after over 55 minutes in store and had to interrupt to even ask about the possibility to buy a phone.
In my opinion this was a terrible experience and waste of my time, add the store had very few phones on display to even look at and compare, the table I sat it had multiple pieces of tissue and trash sitting on top and again was never greeted or even acknowledged. Terrible customer service terrible experience I would definitely never recommend this store.

Ashton has provided excellent customer service from minute one. I wasn't even going to switch carriers, I just wanted to buy an S24 Ultra outright and when I found out I couldn't do that at at&t I started out the door. Ashton started asking me about my internet service (which I didn't have and wasn't looking to get) and next thing I knew I was signed up for a phone, a watch and internet with a new carrier. And the way he interacts with his subordinates and/or coworkers is efficient and respectful and I've had good experiences with other memebers of the team at this location. I'm not a fan of the big contract carriers but if you've got him in your corner you're good because he's going to take good care of you. I really can't emphasize enough how much I recommend this location! Thank you Ashton and team!!

After not upgrading my phone in over 7 years, I really needed some hand holding and guidance on what products were available. Althea provided the level of assistance I needed and I walked out of the store with a great new phone and feeling confident about my decision. Great location, engaging staff!!

Everyone that worked in the store today was so attentive to their customers! All staff was so kind, patient, and professional! They really know how to take care of the customers at this location! Definitely recommend this location over the other Gainesville location(s).

Went in to make an insurance claim on my phone, not even to buy anything. Althea helped me and she was AMAZING. I've been to a lot of AT&T stores and her customer service was far and away better than any of them. Thank you so much for your help Althea. You were incredible
