This is by far the most terrible bank I ever dealt with. On top of that, they want to insult people's love ones. That's straight up disrespectful. I should file a lawsuit for that.

I've been with BBT for 10 plus yrs.. since they switched over to Truist its been nothing but problems after problem.. if you enjoy sitting on hold and constantly having to contact people to fix errors then this is the bank for you.. I'm definitely not happy with how everything has went since the change. I went in to get a new card and was given a temporary card while I waited for my card.. they didn't even order my card so over the labor day holiday weekend I was stuck without access to my money for almost a full week.. when I spoke with customer service they told me they were expediting the delivery of my card.. so when I received the card..I activated it and wouldn't you know they charged me $30 dollars to expedite the card.. so I had to contact customer service again.. so I could get all that taken care of.. which they did take care of it but again.. here I am stuck on hold and having to deal with yet another problem.. like I said if you enjoy constantly having to call and have things fixed because the bank is constantly making careless mistakes.. then TRUIST is the bank for you..

I’ve been with bbt for almost 3 years. Ever since they switched to Truist I’ve had nothing but problems. I woke up this morning to no one but TWO over draft fees when I never agreed to overdraft on my account. They won’t even give me one of the overdraft fees back. They stole $72 from me! I will be leaving this bank and going else where next week when I get my check! Run from this place!UPDATE:Still no refund and I went to my transactions realizing I was short on money and they actually took out 4 overdraft fees in the same day!! They stole over $140 from me!!! I’m livid!

The bank teller was helpful and friendly. It was difficult to locate because there isn’t a large sign at the road. Only a sign for united community bank which is located next to Truist.

Do not appreciate being asked to get out of the drive-through line walk through the rain and be around everybody and their brother and their germs inside the building instead of just circling back around through the drive-through line, I even asked I'd I could circle to the back of the line and was denied with an extremely rude attitude. I will be email corporate.

Construction on the side road make getting into this location twice as hard. I decided to do the walk up service to avoid having to drive all around for something very simple. I requested a money order and waited patiently. I was never asked for how much and no one ever came back to the intercom. As I am waiting I see multiple cars drive up, receive service and then pull off. I have never received GREAT service at this location and waiting 15 minutes in the hot sun and watching other customers drive off and no one even acknowledging I was waiting seemed like a bit much. The teller never tried to help me or Explain anything. She only returned my ID and bank card.

This is not a bank you would want to do business with. The issues my family, and i experienced is personal. But, this branch should be ashamed of how they handle customer service, and the way procedures are carried out.
