I was legitimately so disappointed. last year I came here so frequently because they had a really really good ornament section. Well, I came here today not only were they close, but it doesn’t even appear that they sell them anymore.

Great staff that was able to help me find what I needed and also pointed me to another Ace that had the item I needed. Sadly this store is closing for good.

Sad to hear that this location is closing. We have been in a few times when we were in the area and the employees have always been helpful.

Stopped In to get a few items, and was able to get some outside planters at a great discount! They also have a nice garden center, and great deals on big ticket items. They have gifts for a friend or family member, in a section upfront. Even have jewelry and sunglasses, and cards to buys as well! Awesome sale and selection on firepits! Definitely would have gotten one if I didn’t already have one!

As a locally owned business I prefer this to the corporate box stores. The store is BIG! Thy have a huge selection of garden power tools, grills, etc. Ace is my go to for gardening tools!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place is so upsetting to me that I felt the need to write one today. Every time I come to this “hardware store”, I leave empty-handed, the staff are not very polite or willing to help, and items are well overpriced. They list themselves as a hardware store, but have no hardware and instead focused on the hallmark part of the store. The last time I was in the store, I noticed they were clearing the shelves, and so I asked one of the employees why this was happening, and they replied by saying they were removing all the hardware and making room for more “ Big sale items and hallmark”. I guess I will take my business to other hardware stores or Home Depot.

I would say 90% of the time I come in here not a single person asks if I need anything. Not like they’re busy, half of them are just standing there talking. Leave empty handed every time. If I could leave a zero I would. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I have been here twice and left empty handed both times. The Ace web site states the item I wanted was in stock but when I get there, it is not. I was asked three times what I was looking for so they are willing to help. On this last visit, one of the store clerks stated the ACE website inventory is junk: "how would they know what we have?". He stated he is telling me along with "a thousand others he told". I guess this gentleman left the working world before the age of computers kicked in with UPC codes and inventory management. Proper on-line inventory control is imperative or you lose sales. The store obviously needs a complete physical inventory count and the website levels corrected. If you can't trust the Ace Website as to stock levels, why would I ever drive down there. For me, no need to return. I will just order it from the on-line monster even though I prefer the local guys.

This is by far the biggest ACE that I've ever been to. I've been to at least 75 hardware stores through the south. This store has grills and side by sides but I came for the cleaning aisle. The lady working there told me the owner didn't want to carry the typical products on the cleaning aisle. I've never been to an ACE workout a cleaning aisle of some sort.

Every time I have come up here they don’t carry the most basic items. I’m always told “you’re the fourth person who’s come in here asking for that” This place more resembles a gift shop than a hardware store.

Took a mower in which I thought was under warranty since I only had it a day. They didn't call me back I had to call them and when I did the guy on the phone sounded like he had known idea what he was talking about so I said I would talk to someone when I got there. They said it would be $55 dollars I ask for what the manager said it was not covered by the warranty I ask why known one called me to let me know it would cost me he said because I dropped it off that means I wanted it fix. He said they never let someone know how much it's to fix something. I would never do business like that I all ways let my customers know what something is going to cost. I just spend over 20,000 in the last 6 months with plans on doing the same for one more truck. I will be buying it just not there. It is not about the 50 dollars it just the way I was treated there the manager was a joke.
